We have had some horrendous experiences at car dealerships so we are very skeptical when buying a car. I’m happy to say our experience at Suresky was a positive one. Vinny gave us no nonsense numbers and warranty information while Jade completed the sale of our pre owned Hyundai professionally and cordially. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and glad we visited Suresky.

Had the best experience purchasing from Suresky! Anthony our car salesman was extremely helpful and patient during the process. Marcus the delivery coordinator was very knowledgeable when explaining the features of the car after the purchase. Michael in the finance department was great too when signing all of the paperwork for the purchase. Only other feedback I would give is allowing you to take the car on the highway when test driving!

First vehicle leased here was a ram 1500 which I was told was a family car but to my shock it was not was sold a quad cab instead of a crew and mislead by sales department, second vehicle was custom Durango from manufacturer and it had all the bells and whistles, first day after picking up the truck strut was loose from rear housing dealership swore it was normal after bringing it back to the dealer numerous times. Every service or recall i had I was told they had no loaner car and must either wait or go to the dealer with two cars. Lastly lease on vehicle is up and came to dealer to look at a new vehicle was told it would be on the lot when I get there. Got to dealership no vehicle in site and no one to assist when I walked in. Long story short if you want a great price for a dodge go to Putnam county or Pennsylvania this dealership charges over market prices and unless your a female with long legs and short shorts you are not getting any customer service I waited 45 min before I said screw it and left, I also trade my truck in for a newer dodge fully loaded for less than what they were offering or could offer.
