…. This was my first time ever going raw vegan so it was an impressive accomplishment for me because I didn’t think I could do it. I think the biggest surprise was I survived a week without coffee. The only side effect was feeling a little tired but no headaches. Awesome experience and I learned so much! I plan on continuing with the daily wheatgrass and growing my own sprouts ? I believe in supporting local businesses, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The first time, I visited without calling ahead and made a purchase, which went fine. However, on my second visit, I called in advance, and the person on the phone was quite rude and seemed annoyed. Due to this, I have decided not to return. It might be beneficial for them to improve their customer service by either training their staff or hiring someone who can handle customers more effectively and with respect.

I started to take wheat grass because I am anemic. I am not sure yet how that has changed as I am not due for blood work yet. I will tell you what I have noticed since I started taking Wheat Grass and I know everyone is different. So your bodies response may not be the same. But for me. I have more energy. I don’t need coffee in the morning. I get my pick me up from wheat grass. I am not tired at 2:00 in the afternoon anymore. I am sweating like crazy. This is new to me. I never sweat before. I am not using deodorant. I don’t stink. No body odor. I thought how can this be. But it’s amazing. I hated using deodorant because I would get irritation from it. I am not snacking on garbage. I think it’s fulfilling a need that I was giving my body before so I have no cravings. I started with the 10 day challenge. And it is now a must for me. I take two shots a day. Wheat Grass is a twice daily stable for me now. I did notice an increase in energy my sugar cravings are almost nonexistent. I can go weeks without wanting anything with sugar. Since I started juicing, I cut out alcohol and coffee. My menstrual cycles are easy. I no longer have cramps. I still have a heavy cycle but I don’t get a headache for a whole day the first day of my menstrual cycle anymore. I have so much more energy and S I want something to eat. I grab a juice and I am content.

Terrible management skills and workplace etiquette. Managers make sly and disrespectful remarks and comments to their staff when minutely inconvenienced. Rather go buy from a company that respects their workers! You should too!

I purchase frozen wheatgrass shots from Perfect Foods, over 2 years now. It has been a game changer for my health, my skin, my gray hair! Yes it reverses it! At least for me it does. There are so many benefits, especially since I don’t cook regularly nor do I get enough vegetables daily. It provides me with what I need and then some. The delivery is amazing. If I’m not home, I’ll leave a cooler with ice or they won’t deliver it because they want to preserve the integrity of their product and I applaud that. Just get it and give it a try!

Win or lose this review I’m a winner. The wheatgrass taste much better than I expected and feel relaxed after taking 2 shots in morning and sometimes 2 in the afternoon. The customer service help with Rebecca and Aaron are excellent in which they explain what is best for you to take and when to take wheatgrass shots. I’ve been telling friends and they are looking to purchase the product themselves.

I went for a stress test approx. 10 years in New York City. I went because of my age I had not problems but wanted to do a stress test to make sure all was fine with me . The heart doctor placed me on a treadmill and placed a needle in my arm so he could get all the information he needed . The doctor turned the treadmill on and said he would be back in just a few minutes. When he came back and looked at his information he said loudly “Oh my god “ . I said to him what is wrong and he said he was sorry for saying that and everything is good not please stay on the treadmill for another five minutes . After approximately five minutes he stoped the treadmill and took the needle out of my arm . The doctor said he never needs to speak to his colleagues but he will now because the blood flow through my arteries is the same as a new born baby . I did not tell the doctor I drink wheat grass every day and minimum 4 ounces a day . I have been drinking wheatgrass for over 20 years and yes it truly works !!

I've been drinking wheatgrass for over 40 years and continually drink two ounces of wheatgrass, freshly squeed, every day since I started to drink wheatgrass... my wife also drinks two ounces every day...without having it every day is like not living healthy... I'm 84 and still dancing every week...

I have used their wheat grass product for several years. Very friendly service. Amazing product. Fresh and fast delivery within the area. I was in stamford ct, and they delivered without issue. Now in dutchess county and still get delivery. I have also visited the location for personal pickup. Thanks for a great product.
