Awful place. Please do not buy a car here. The day I bought the car the fiancé guy MJ was condescending and frankly a bit sexist. He was speaking only and directly to my boyfriend who WAS NOT purchasing this car, I was. He was laughing and brushing off all of our questions as if he was too good to give us a real answer (truth is, he has no idea what he's talking about.) He messed up my paperwork and transaction and while I was away on a business trip I was getting left threatening voicemails from Mr. MJ about how they were going to have to report the car stolen. The car I had just OVERPAID for anyway. The dealership took no responsibility for this man's mistakes and said "we're just a laidback place and some people love MJ and some people hate him" that's it?! He's definitely related to somebody there and can't lose his job even if he's awful. Please just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Made an appointment over phone to have my truck oil changed and trans looked at 10 days in advance. Got there they said I'm all set for my trans flush. I said No. I'm here for oil change and to get trans looked at. She said OK. They had the truck all day and didn't even look at it. Waist of time.DO NOT GO THERE.

Let me start off by stating that I am not an easy customer to deal with. I have no problem leaving 1 or 2 star reviews when my expectations are not met or I feel that the service level was not up to my standards. I even left a negative review for Healy in the past. I know that businesses and people change. I also know that there are times great businesses give sub-par service. However, my recent car purchase experience at Healey Ford in Goshen was not one of those sub-par experiences. My client advisor (sales person) Kevin Cox was intelligent, communicative, and a great listener. He absorbed all of the information I gave him in relation to what I was looking for in a car and he gave me several options within my price range. I finished all the paperwork and was going to pick the car up the next day but a personal family issue arose with Kevin so the pick up day was pushed back 1 day. The Healy staff took over while Kevin was out They did not miss a beat and delivered the car the next day. Additionally , I hate the financing part of any car deal, but MJ at Healy was very pleasant to work with and provided me with all the answers to every question I asked. There were no hidden fees or pushy up-sell tactics used. Finally, the last part of the delivery of my car required a final walkthrough in the car so I can be sure I understood all of the technology associated with the car. Shiela Ramirez from Healy gave me all the information about the car and was beyond helpful and patient while I asked a myriad of questions about the cars features. From the second I began my car shopping experience with Kevin..to the final step with Sheila, the manager (Sean) was always available for any questions that his team members or myself had. Sean coordinated behind the scenes everything that needed to happen for me to take delivery of the car since Kevin was not able to due to family emergency. Every person I interacted with at Healy provided me with a sense of being part of a family. I have experienced this level of professionalism also in their service department, since I was in that part of the dealership occasionally. I saw first hand how they dealt with irritable customers by remaining calm and helpful regardless of how immature the customer was being. I anticipate that I will have to post another positive review when I take my car in for servicing. In conclusion, I know this isn't the greatest time to by a car, in relation to the economy in general. However, cars a a necessity for most of us and if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Healy Ford/Lincoln/ Mitsubishi in Goshen before you decide to anywhere else. You may not leave with a car but you will be glad you at least checked out what they had to offer.

Wow is all I can say. I seen a car on the internet that I was very interested in, that happened to be on your lot. I contacted, first Diamond, then Karina and tried to work a deal for the car. You were unable to get a payment I could afford, so I moved on. I went to another dealership that could sell me the car for what I could afford but when they contacted you to try and get the car you would not let them have it. WHY? Isn't the idea to sell cars? I have been purchasing Ford's for over 35+ years and several of my vehicles have come from other dealers, why not you? That is the most unprofessional thing I have heard of. I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, so I called and asked to speak with the Sales Manager and was told he was on the phone, I said ok, then may I speak with the General Manager and guess what, he is also on the phone. Are you kidding me! You won't even take my call. Why? This was the first time I had ever dealt with Healey Ford and it will be the last, and even though I know you don't care about that obviously, but you should be concerned about all the reviews people give you who were just trying to purchase a car. It will ultimately effect your business.

We travel 55 minutes to get there! They have the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever encountered. Steve Tomaszenski has always gone above and beyond to get us the best deal on our lease. Sheila Ramirez is very knowledgeable and always explains the ins and outs of our new vehicle controls. She sets up the Bluetooth for us in seconds.

I have to concur with the majority of people posting reviews.I felt the salesman was just really dishonest and even though i decided to buy a car the guy who did the paper work had me so creeped out i just can't with it. There may have been nice people there i don't really know but my salesperson was so insincere but what bothered me more is the guy doing the paperwork in the little room which i suppose is an office of some sort, how bad his vibes are. I honestly was scared they would intentionally damage the car before i got it. I cannot wait to never do business with them and though i bought to cars from healy chevrolet. I really wanted that car but honestly not so bad as to do business aganin with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people sold me a LEMON. I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED. the whole bottom of the car they gave (2012 keep compass) was rusted, and many other issues. they passed the inspection knowing it obviously was a danger. when I approached them about it they thought I was lying. When they saw the damage they offered to fix the car but when I got it back almost a month later and they did the bare minimum. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

After a bit of early confusion the team at Hensley helped me find the exact car I was looking for and we're very friendly.

I *LOVE* my Ford cars. I've purchased two and leased one from Healey in the last six years. The buying experience was great- had a great salesman, got a good deal and was generally very happy. However, terrible dealer service will prevent me from ever buying another Ford or Healey vehicle.Healey Ford's service department says they guarantee their work, but they do not. This summer, I brought my car in for repair. Picked it up, it wasn't fixed, and I had to bring it back again. Shortly after I picked it up the second time, the debris shield fell off while I was driving at speed. It was a *very* scary experience. I brought the car back to Healey but they said they weren't responsible for it. It's over $450 for a new one. Then, I brought my car in for an electrical problem. They identified the source of the problem, but curiously only repaired the wiring associated with the problem, and not the problem itself. Not 48 hours after I picked up the 'repaired' car, it failed again. Now, Healey wants another $600 to repair it again, but won't refund the $500 already paid. If they "guarantee" their work, should I not be refunded for the repair that failed, or have it fixed gratis? If they 'guarantee' their work, why am I paying for a second repair in two weeks? I am so very disappointed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service department to anyone.Update: Healey called after I posted this review, however, all they did was try to convince me they were right. There was no offer to refund the failed repair, just an offer to "really" fix it this time. I have never worked with a repair shop that didn't stand by their work before, and this entire situation is incredibly disappointing. I will never purchase another car from Healey again, and it is 100% because of the repeatedly poor experiences I've had with the service department.
