My first time using this car wash today, worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. There’s no one around to instruct you on what to do or where to go. Finally a guy came out of no where to tell me about the options and take my money, which was way too much money for the options I chose. Then the guy who is supposed to motion and guide you onto the track didn’t tell me I was a little too far over to one side so I scratched my rim. Then at the end there’s again no indication of what to do, my car came to a full stop so I put it in drive and could feel immediately that I wasn’t off the track yet. Some other guy finally looked in my direction and motioned to stop that I wasn’t supposed to be in drive yet. Thanks for telling me after I ruined my car. NEVER AGAIN will I got to this irresponsible car wash.

Charlie and his crew are amazing! They are very good at what they do and they get you in and out faster than anyplace I’ve been to previously. Highly recommend!

Worst car wash. The equipment doesn’t clean the car properly and the dryer doesn’t remove the water. $17 for a basic wash and I still had to clean off dirt on both sides of the car and all the windows had soap residue. Horrible place.

My truck is still dirty and the staff is rude. For $18 they couldn't even get it clean when you have two guys smearing dirty towels over everything tried it and going elsewhere for now on

Brought my car in for a historical wash ($35.14) my cars exterior came out filthy. I brought it to their attention (they were annoyed and rushed). The attendant did send it through the wash again (which I appreciate) but my concern is how they were originally ok with me leaving with it like that. Also, when I first came 2 seconds after handing the man outside my card I realized I had a gift card, “ he said too late and laughed.” Thankfully the lady inside is very pleasant and helped me.Overall poor customer service and I will not be returning.
