Every time I go to this place, they are lovely! I have had oil changes, new tire replacement and wheel alignments done here! These guys explain to me why and every one is friendly! Also I love the free car wash!

Inspection As others have said, beware! I took a vehicle there for inspection, I was called into the bay, told the driver tire wouldn't pass.I looked and didn't see anything wrong. I had a brand new spare and said to put that on and pass it. He did, when I got home I had the tire checked by my regular mechanic and he said he was full of it.Then, a few months later my wife took our other vehicle there for inspection, surprise surprise, she was told it needed two new tires and an alignment. This vehicle is only a few years old and has new tires! Took it the next day (appointment needed) to our mechanic again.....he was full of it! The only reason I went there was no appointment, 7 days a week. From now on I am not going to bother, I will make the appointment with my mechanic and drop it off for the day.

Tire and repair side folks are fine. They offered good advice on tires for my vehicle and I’m very happy with them. The wash, oil change and inspection side is another story. Very indifferent and unfriendly. Loud annoying TV in the cashier area makes it impossible to read, converse or concentrate in the waiting area. Unbelievable!

Went in for an inspection and waited over an hour when there were only two cars in front of me. Come to find out that my car had been ready for 40 minutes. I only found out it was done when I asked after a gentleman who came far after I did was notified his car was ready. It was a lack of communication, which happens, but I would at least expect a sincere apology or something.

My family with 2 small children were traveling to Lego land and had a nail in the tire. With an extremely short notice they accommodated us not only super efficiently but with amazing customer care and service. Charlie, the man in the office was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using this business for you car needs. 5 stars isn’t enough.

90 miles from home, screw in my left front tire. Goshen auto repair repaired the leak and had me back on the road within 20 minutes!

Absolute terrible car wash. Vacuumed my car 2 days ago so wasn't very dirty but is part of the oil change. Photo is how my car looked when I got in it after a "cleaning". I would highly advise not going here if you want a clean car.

I went here for 4 tires on my VW Beetle. I also needed a wheel alignment. They had me in and out In under two hours. The tires are name brand and of excellent quality. For $827 with tax I was pretty happy. Support local businesses. I had tires put on my pickup at a huge warehouse store and the amount of time they took just wasn't worth it. They also don't offer wheel alignment. I have five vehicles and will service them all at Goshen car wash.

Update :Alex was super helpful afterwards. We want to thank him for reaching out to us. He is so kind and I know what happened wasn't his fault but I thank him for understanding and gifting us what my daughter was saving for.

Refused to offer a time to address a new tire purchase that was losing air. Apparently service ends when you drive out of the bay.
