Completely unreliable open swim hours, lanes closed for no reason, roof leaks into pool, no soap in the bathrooms, etc.Obvious they are doing the bare minimum to be paid by local school system to operate.Avoid if you want to consistently swim because they will be there 50% of the time they say they are open.

This was the third year I've been a summer swimmer at GAC. This year I was extremely disappointed; by both the unpredictability of the hours and by the organizations responses to my inquiries. The amounts I've been billed have no relation to what they should be. Furthermore, navigating Sports Engine is a nightmare. I started asking for an explanation of charges on September 5th. One response promise me an answer by September 27th. I'm still waiting.

We attended a party here and it was gross, there was no running water for the entirety of our time there (nothing flushed, couldn't wash your hands) and it was implied that it happens regularly. Embarrassing and unsanitary!! We also discovered a mouse in the gutter, the attendants were struggling to remove it and asked for my assistance, I simply asked for a glove and removed it by hand. I've included a picture with the mouse in the background before I noticed it. Our party should have been canceled and rebooked for when the facility was in working order. We've emailed, no one has answered.

This was our very first class. The employees are kind and polite. I arrived late because my GPS took me to the wrong place and they were very understanding and did their best to accommodate me so my kids didn't miss out on their first lesson. I have a 3 yr old and a 7 yr old. They treat the children according to their age. They were sweet and encouraging to my 3 year old. They spoke kindly to my 7yr old bit at the same time challenged him. Looking forward to the next class. My sons loved it as well!

I received a phone call from you guys weeks ago that our swim instructor doesn’t work there anymore. I was told someone would call me back. There has not been any phone call. I’ve called multiple times and only once did someone pick up to tell me that “someone will be in contact with you”. We have sent 2 emails and no response. My check was cashed, of course.Since you guys can post on social media maybe someone can responsive to your customers.

Mel is such a super professional coach, very knowledgeable, encouraging and a true leader for the kids. It is the best place for kids to learn and excel in swimming.

First time was 4 mos ago. Wasnt impressed. Not bad just simply average. I was hopeful for as i live close. this is more of "once in a while ill come here pool" Sadly-no changing rooms/lockers. Only stall bathrooms that were a bit dingy looking. The 1 shower has little to no pressure and was only cold water. The pool looks like it needs a lil srubbing. very cold water on the day i went- other reviews have notice that as well. Seems like they might rely on sunny days to warm up the pool? and i went on a non sunny day. Lifeguard was helpful but i hope the center can get a more reliable heater and updated bathrooms.Update 2021. I went again in the las month. I believe they have new heater. Pool was much warmer. Bathrooms r same.Update 2022 I went less and less frequently here.…many cancellations due to “maintenance” issues. I understand things come up but here it was a regular occurrence to be closed. Check their FB announcements for yourself and see how many times they cancelled in the last year. It’s not worth a membership here.

This is a 6 lane, 25 yard, no frills pool. The locker room, a.k.a. the bathroom, has one shower that had almost nonexistent pressure, and it didn't get very hot. There are lots of folding chairs to put your things on, and the water temp was appropriate for swimming easy or hard laps. Nice lifeguards and a large digital clock on the wall where you enter the water. Be sure to bring flip flops and expect a quick rinse rather than a full blown shower. And always check the hours on their Facebook page, since they change a lot!

I didn't know what to expect. It's quasi-indoors. It was my first time. It's perfect for injury recovery. It was quiet the time I was there. Very nice.

Let me start my review by immediately mentioning that one of the absolute best things about this place is Matt who was working when my family and I were there last night. We're new to the area and to the Aquatic center and from arrival to departure Matt was friendly, helpful and a genuine nice guy. Long story behind why his kindness was so appreciated by us but in short he made us feel more welcome than the relative we're in the area visiting. Pool is big, clean and fun. Water was perfect and the outdoor deck was a cute addition to the place. Very nice place ; )

Clean and not over crowded every time we go. The little one loved it the first time we went and we became summer members afterwards. She always gets so excited when the car pulled in. The skylight is awesome and the patio is perfect for people to get some sun and have a simple picnic.
