What a freaking joke this place is how I have a install today tech comes my wifi last 10 mins now they telling me to wait 2 weeks are you nuts I'm going to a different company this place is a joke come get your damn equipment

If I could give zero stars that would be too generous. The service is akin to what one would find in a developing country. Customer service is a joke, the infrastructure is terrible.

I have an outage and repairman came, told me all is fixed but still have no internet. 4 days out!!!!!
