Hi these is for Sejal Patel....kind women with helping nature...I had flight to catch and she rescheduled our meeting at 9 am instead of 09:30 so that I won't be late for my flight ...did all the documentation on time and she has a good knowledge...I would recommend people like Sejal to be there so they can there whenever u need.....after few days she called up checking wether we received our cards and did we face any difficulties for Internet Banking....

Not once not twice but I just struck out never a notary working because there so worried about training in inclusion and diversity the training what matters in a bank, notary customer service etc. means nothing. Its not just that branch its the bank wokeism brainwashing, its a DISGRACE.

No one ever answers the phone.(Update) Was able to figure out how to schedule a meeting using the mobile app. Still frustrated that you can’t just call your local branch. Appointment scheduling was fairly easy on the app. Upgraded my review to two stars.

Very disappointed, my wife and I drove to this branch in a snow storm as we were planning to open a savings account.The branch was to close at 2 pm. We arrived at 1pm , we were greeted at the locked door by a bank employee and toldThat we wouldn’t be helped because the staff wanted to leave early….I guess Chase Bank in Goshen NY isn’t interested in new customers.

Costumer service at this bank is none existent!The tellers are always very kind, inviting and always seem willing to help.However, there is one costumer service person at the private desk areas, who will go out of her way to tell you why she cannot help you right now.Recently, she again gave me her usual speech of "Can I help you?" followed by "I cannot help you right now....." so I asked why is there only one costumer service person in here on a Saturday. She said it's due to covid. REALLY???? Bad excuse, as it's end of May, she and others are not wearing a mask (as it is no longer required), but CHASE is taking precautions by cheating bank account holders out of in person customer service? " Come back on Tuesday," she says. Again, by the time we finished this conversation, she would have been halfway done with my request, as I had all paper work ready to go.

Every single time i go in here which is once a month to withdrawal my rent, i try to use the inside atm because they don’t want to take care of customers inside. Every time i try to use the atm it doesn’t allow me to type in my withdrawal amount so i go to the teller who is 9 out of 10 times on her cellphone telling me “you know the indoor atm allows you to withdrawal up to $3,000” with this I don’t want to help you attitude that i know so wel because i to work in customer service and can spot that snide undertone. I really hate coming to this location but it’s convenient. Might have to start driving into Monroe or middletown from now on.

Been a loyal chase customer for over a decade, with great credit. I have never had a good experience with them regarding loans and after they treated my older parents so poorly, I feel obligated to warn others against using them.

There is no drive-thru or drive-up ATM. There is an ATM located in the entryway for after hours bank needs - it can accept deposits, etc. There are usually two tellers to provide basic assistance, and several other account managers, loan specialists, etc to help with other needs. There are two more ATMs inside the branch, so if you don't want to wait online or don't really feel like talking to anyone those are an option too. General atmosphere is friendly, clean, and modern - much like any other chase (or national bank) you may go into.

Staff is nice, ATM placement is... completely normal? Not a drive up ATM, unfortunately, but it's right inside the doors. You just have to swipe your card.
