Whether it’s for an airport run or a rare night out with friends Armani’s is the best choice. They’re responsive, professional, punctual, and pleasant. The vehicles are spotless and comfortable. Shane is the best!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Where to begin...our driver (Laney) made us wait outside the airport in the freezing cold with two small children. She also wouldn't let us in the car UNTIL she loaded all of the suitcases. A proper driver would have let us and the kids in first, and then proceeded to load the trunk. We requested a booster seat for one of the kids, which they DID NOT provide. The had a five point harness car seat, which was not even buckled into the car! My sister said she didn't feel comfortable with her daughter in that, but Laney kept repeating it "was against company policy" otherwise. We all were also exhausted from our travels, and Laney kept forcing unwanted conversation, and kept calling the kids "girlfriend." We also asked ahead of time for the car to be extra clean inside due to allergies and other concerns. She then BLAMED us for not giving them enough notice to do so, which is not true, and had an attitude afterwards. We didn't know she was the business owner at the time, we just wanted to speak to a supervisor about how uncomfortable we were, and how unprofessional she was. I guess all I can do is post this review and hopefully warn others to stay away from this company.

If you ever need a ride to an airport, to the city or just anywhere, I highly recommend Armani's Limo, Car Service & Mobile Detailing. Lainey Limo Reynolds and Shane C Reynolds are hands down the one's to call. They are very professional, reliable, and they always go the extra mile. There vehicles are always clean and spotless. They will be hearing from us again soon.

Sandra from Armani’s picked my brother up from JFK on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving at 5:45!! There was TONS of traffic and it was snowing and sleeting the whole way! Sandra was early for the pick up in spite of the weather and went above and beyond that night to get my brother here safely. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to win a car detail from Armani's. Since I keep my SUV immaculate, I had them take my husband's Explorer for the spa day. My husband visits construction sites often, so the inside and outside can get muddy. Not to mention our hairy white golden retriever and his hair!!! Armani's came through with an impeccable job making it look brand new! They even got out some surface scratches on his door! I have watched this business grow over the years and would highly recommend them!!

This past weekend, while the Limo Driver was waiting to pick up his wedding party, I asked him for a business card.The driver was dressed professionally, and he was engaging, explaining the different services his company provides; including the impressive variety of vehicles in their fleet.The driver helped me navigate the internet on my cellphone to locate Armani's Limo Service so that I could bookmark their website. I give him a thumbs up for answering my questions and having such a friendly demeanor as well.

I commissioned Armani's to detail the interior of my car to get the cigarette stench out!!! Mission accomplished and the interior looks brand new!!! They even delivered it to me when I had trouble picking it up!!!

100% Satisfied Lainey is the best after a very long day and a red-eye flight (no sleep) to EWR this morning.confirming our pick up location Lainey asked how I liked my coffee.
