There’s an African American male employee that works there. My mother has complained on numerous occasions of his terrible treatment towards her. My mother is Jamaican just to be clear. He charged her over 130 dollars for an express delivery using their own packaging when she was specifically told BY HIM that there was a flat rate fee well under 100 dollars. My mother is an older woman and I honestly wish workers like him would be kinder and have a bit more patience instead of being crabby and grabbing items from my mother. They really know who to treat poorly because it could never be me. I will be making calls to complain if this continues happening.

Havent been to the post office for years. They stayed the same on some and improved on some.

Been living in Goldens Bridge and using a PO Box for 30 years. Jeff and staff are extremely outgoing and helpful. Jeff always has a welcome greeting. Fortunate to have him.

In my experience, Jeff and the other employees are incredibly helpful. Always have a great conversation with him and today he walked me through every step of what I needed to do. Super nice guy.

Lacks customer service. When I go to counter it feels like I'm bothering Jeff. No greeting, no acknowledgement I'm there, no thank you for using USPS! I have choices and most of the time I choose to NOT use USPS because of poor service
