Attempted to buy a car from this dealer. Signed the purchase order and paid the deposit after the promised to deliver a vehicle to me. Once the purchase order was signed and the deposit paid, they came up with some story on why they couldn't deliver the vehicle anymore. Don't be dishonest about your services to get a sale and then change your terms once the sale is made.

I had an exceptional experience at the Goldens Bridge MB dealership! From start to finish, they were so helpful. Jim made the entire process not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. There were no surprises—everything was transparent and straightforward. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend the team at this dealership!

Took car in for annual service and to fix check engine light which is on. They charged me $1,600- The car only has 35,000 miles on it. Then I see the check engine light is still on. They say they don’t have the part for that. Nobody does. It’s on back order and no idea when they will get it. They out right lied. The part was part of a recall. They knew that’s why my check engine light was on. I called all the surrounding mercedes dealers. They all had the part and they told me it was a recall issue. Don’t trust these guys. May you burn in hell mercedes of Goldens Bridge.

I've been screwed by several MB dealers....and happy to tell folks which dealers those are. But MB of Golden's Bridge was fair, responsive and did the work to find the car we really needed. If you want an MB, I strongly suggest that you call Jim Sheppard.

My husband recently purchased a GLS450 for me from Victor here last week. It was the best car buying experience my husband can remember (and he has had many experiences). The customer service was wonderful. My husband didn't feel at all pressured. Everyone was professional and easygoing. Victor and Joe made it so simple and easy that he cannot wait to buy another one.

My sales manager, Dan, was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he address all of my concerns, but had the vehicle prepared with all my tweaks in an extremely short period of time. I would highly recommend this dealership and would no doubt purchase with him again. Thank you Dan, you were great!

terrible experience with repair--very very expensive. I left the shop with brakes failing after they worked on brakes. They claim to use MB's time estimates but were grossly inflated to what others charge.

On Tuesday March 26, 2024 my GLS 450 Mercedes did not turn on and I called Roadside assistant. My vehicle was picked up by a flatbed and taken to your service department. Wednesday, morning I called to find out what was the problem and Bill conversely articulated that he was able to turn on the vehicle. But that it had to stay there for further diagnostics. I asked Bill if I may please pick up a loaner and I was told that there were not any loaners available but he would find out what he can do. I received a call from the Mercedes Benz of White Plains and advised that a loaner would be available for me immediately. However, my vehicle needed to be tolled to White Plains. I. then called Bill and explained to him the status and he promised to call me back with good news about a loaner and never called me back. The next morning I called Bill and nicely said I never heard from you back. I have no vehicle to go to work I did not receive at least a courtesy call back. I was so disappointed. No professionalism from this Bill person. I also called the manager from the service department left him a voice message to please call me back and I am still waiting for him to give me a call back. Is very unfortunate that such a prestige dealership and the customer service is so unprofessional in rendering a prestige service to their customers.

I experienced the worst customer service and treatment at this dealership by Matt Tuzz, Assistant PreOwned Manager. After signing a document to lease a vehicle, there was a miscommunication between MBF and the dealership which I made several documented attempts to resolve directly with the dealership. My sales consultant Dan Dessi kept shuffling me around to speak with various managers. On my third phone call attempt I finally reached Matt Tuzz. I informed Matt I was not happy that after 2 hours of waiting for a return phone I never received one. From our initial contact Matt was very rude and condescending. He automatically implied that this deal should end within seconds of the phone call. He refused to listen to anything I had to say. He refused to answer questions I asked such as why wasn’t I provided the opportunity to take my vehicle the same day I signed the document. He even stated he wasn’t going backwards in time to figure out why. The conversation turned unnecessarily hostile and once I had enough of this deplorable behavior I advised him that this would not work for me, which he then replied “you’re right” and hung up the phone on me. To experience this at Mercedes Benz, a brand I’ve invested in for so many years and held in high esteem, was very disheartening. If this is the caliber of service
that Mercedes Benz as a brand upholds to then this brand is devalued with people like Matt representing them. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have multiple cars with this dealership and EVERY TIME I need service, Bill goes above and beyond. Even the pricing for repairs not covered by warranty on some of my older cars is reasonable and performed by certified Mercedes-Benz techs. The cars are returned to me properly repaired and immaculately cleaned. Thank you team!
