“We just had a senior cat emergency last Saturday and our cat’s local vet was already closed. We searched animal hospitals first but they were going to require such a long drive for our cat who was in pain. We were also concerned with the impending storm. We also desperately tried clinics, hoping to find one closer to home, one that was still open. I am so glad to have called here early in my search. Our cat was diagnosed, treated (a procedure with anesthesia) and sent home in an hour. We were handled professionally and it was evident of the personal investment each staff had with our cat and with each of us. They were very understanding and compassionate, never making us feel like we were asking too many questions or doing so at sporadic times vs compiling our thoughts. We left there properly educated and learned how to rectify the situation so that it doesn’t occur again. Thank you to each and every one of you.
