Bought a vape machine here and the cashier said that it was his and he used it once and I'd get it half off but he still made me buy a new coil for it when he should have given me one because he used the other one and a new vape always comes with a new coil

I've dealt with Vapor Geekz with both purchases and returns, they were very pleasant and professional. They were able to answer all my questions and explain items to me. My husband visited first to see the selection and although he looks like he just came out of the wilds of the Adirondack mountains, was treated with such kindness and given a ton of great information to use for when I returned.I use and make my own CBD oil from legal medical concentrates, but felt like a dinosaur (in age) just having to walk into this place. However, the customer service was so amazing, I walked away with a lot more knowledge and a brand new vape, which is still going strong with absolutely zero headaches! All this DURING a pandemic!So, this is basically an "if you're old and need guidance in this area because you're clueless", you will feel comfortable and well treated here review. Definite five stars!
