Extremely bad lack of communication on what is required for packages to be delivered. No notice of a signature being required, but they leave a sticker saying “sign this to release the package tomorrow, and leave it in the same location you found it”. The next day I get an email stating I wasn’t present to sign for the package, even though the release slip is on my front door.Customer service is useless. After five minutes of trying to explain that I left a release signature for the driver, they tell me the shipper requires an in-person hand off of the package. Why not notify me of this prior to the second delivery attempt, instead of leaving me the option to do a release signature?

I had a package delivered today and the weather was pretty nasty. I just want to thank the person who delivered it. He took the time to put the package in the breezeway between the house and garage where it would not get wet. I have never had any driver from anyplace I ordered from do that. It was always left on the front deck no matter what the weather was. Rain, snow or ice, if I wasn't home would be out there on deck. So Thank You very much to whomever was my delivery driver today. You are the kind of delivery person everyone needs.

I had to go there to ship a package that the retail location would not ship. Just keep in mind that they have limited hours that begin at 3:50 pm. It was quick and easy once I was able to get there when they were open.

The guy was so helpful. Looking for my small package that the postal service should have never sent there. He did not give up and he did find it. Of note, it was also about 100 degrees in that warehouse. So extra props for that.

The guys were very helpful. Opens at 3:30 and closes at 6:00. Their deliveries are ON TIME but pricey. If time is of the essence, use UPS, NOT the Post Office!!

Had a package held as they don't generally do 'General Delivery' to a post office (which we didn't know.) Spoke with Vince, not only solved the issue but solved some future issues. Complete satisfaction -- not with UPS customer service at the corporate level (which is hard to rate since it doesn't exist) -- once I talked with the local people they were great.

This place is run by the laziest excuses of workers I’ve ever seen. I have a time sensitive package that was already late jumping from UPS location to location by 2 whole days and so when I saw that my package had arrived at the UPS facility here at 12am I was excited to know my package would come the next day at some point. However idk if the workers chose to give themselves a relaxation day or were to high to remember but they literally forgot to load my package on the truck and provided no update to status of my package and the entire next day I sat waiting for it and it never arrived. After talking to support I’m told due to Sundays being another day off for everyone and Labor Day being Monday that I now get the joy of waiting another 3 plus days to get my package that was already 2 days late. Make that a grand total of 5+ days late for my package that was already running late from shipping. UPS and this locations specifically are pathetic

I payed for overnight shipping for a live animal from California on 4/28 at 11 am and it was supposed to arrive on 4/29 by 7:00 pm. it was at Gloversville center from 8:36 am on the 29th so it had been already a full day that the animal was in the package. we own a separate property that is a family business and it is where we get all of our packages shipped to so i went to the building to wait for the driver (at 8:40 pm since i figured the driver would have updated their location when they were close/in my town or at my location). i waited until 9:30 pm and i called the costumer service center, where a man told me the driver had arrived, couldn’t deliver the package for an unknown reason, and left with the live animal. i expressed my concern to the rep when he told me that i would now have to wait 2-3 days for my package to arrive. since i told him it was a live animal, he told me someone would call me the next day to speak to me about whether i should drive to the Gloversville center the next day ( which is 47 minutes away) or wait for the driver to come the next day. I also changed my address to my physical address, which is literally right next to the building but i figured since it’s a residential and not a business, they would not get confused.on 4/30, the center called me at 8:30 am, Nancy, and she was very helpful when i mentioned my concern for the live animal, it being 36 hours already and she totally understood. she told me she would call me at 10:00 am with an update on when the driver would be arriving at my location with the package and said they could offer that i drive to them and pick her up directly. since the customer support center and gloversville center call you with “no caller id”, i didn’t know how to get a hold of her if i needed to.at 10:30 am, i called the customer support center and spoke to a random rep named Jane, who told me she couldn’t contact the Gloversville center to reach Nancy, but she told me when the package was arriving at my location (11-12 am). thanks to the reviews and comments on here, i found the number for the gloversville center and Nancy picked up and told me she didn’t call me because my driver was not updating her location and so she had to text her directly and find out when she would be arriving, which was 11-12 am. the woman apologized and said i could call with anything else.i waited at the end of my driveway from 11:20 to 12:00 am for this driver and she arrived at 12:00 am with the live animal. i don’t understand y they didn’t see the urgency of the delivery because the box said “LIVE” on it... she also blamed the dark for her confusion and told me i gave her the wrong address when i clearly didn’t, i changed it because of her own incompetence. i made sure to ask her name and it is Emily. i took my animal inside and it looked like it was running out of oxygen with her mouth wide open and she looked scared... she is a lizard so she was literally freezing and shaking. her not updating her location or reading the box was a huge error. thankfully she is ok.overall, costumer service was great, delivery service was completely awful.
