Took my rescue dog to their vet clinic to get a full workup. The Dr must have been in a bad mood because she was rather short with her staff in the handling of my dog. After my anxiety ridden dog tried to work his way out of the handlers arms (owners aren't allowed to touch the dog during procedures) , the Dr immediately refused service for "safety" issues. The dog had a muzzle on. If felt like the minute she saw he was a bully breed she didn't want to work with him. Very disappointing as their prices were good.

Great serviceTimes have changed. The store used to feel like family. Clean everyone in good spirits and new the customers. They revamped the store.Fired all the employees or relocated them. The store is terrible now. DO NOT BUY PELLETS HERE DUE YO POOR STORAGE. THREE PALLETS ON THE FLOOR ALL DAMAGED BY WATER AND STILL HAD SNOW AND ICE ON THEM.

The young male manager who was on this morning 11-1-23 seemed like he was annoyed, snarky and didn’t want to be bothered by customers asking him questions. If it wasn’t for the young girl on the register helping me you would have lost my business.
