My first experience at the spa having some skin tags removed. The spa was pleasant walking in, greeted by lovely staff and my procedure was done very professionally and done without much pain. I would highly recommend the spa and will definitely go back for a message.

This is a fantastic place to go. If you're looking to feel like your somewhere else and want to relax to the max, then STAY LOCAL and go to see the ladies here! I left feeling exactly as I hoped I would, extremely relaxed and calm and wondering when I can squeeze in another spa day. No busy traffic, no hour ride to a hectic city and no ridiculous prices! A beautiful spa right in the middle of town!

Im sorry. But this is so wrong. I went for a wax service and the lady did not use gloves and she double dip. This is ilegal. This is not clean. • Double dipping is unsanitaryBecause the surface of the skin is home to bacteria, dead cells and other debris, these things are transferred to the wax pot, should you dip the same stick more than once. As a result, harmful bacteria then has the potential to infect the skin of anyone who comes in contact with the wax from that pot.Pinpoint bleeding can also be common during waxing procedures. When this happens, blood can easily contaminate your wax with bacteria, germs and diseases.• Double dipping is unethical… why would anybody do this… the stick are so cheap… then the audacity if charging me full price when they did half of job. And she left hair i had to shaved…

My mom and I decided to have a special spa day and chose SW The Spa as our spot. We each got a European facial and a Swedish massage. Debbie greeted us at the front desk and walked us through the paperwork and procedures. She was dry friendly and helpful. Julie was our massage therapist and she was AMAZING! She spoke with me about the spots I needed worked on and she knew exactly which techniques to use based on how my muscles felt. The massage was very relaxing and soothing. Sydney did my facial and Katie did my mothers. They first used a machine to pinpoint our skin concerns and see what treatments would be best for us. Sydney was very knowledgeable and went over what my skin needed and gave me recommendations for further treatments personalized to my needs. I’m so happy with the service we received and will definitely be back.
