Care here is just OK, if you can find someone to help you. Residents sit in dirty diapers, or are told to go in them, and we will get to you later. The food is another story! There are different rules all the time, for residents, and visitors. Place smells of urine, and feces most of the time. New staff constantly, without knowledge of residents needs, or habits. People used to do these types of jobs, because they cared about others, not so anymore. It's all about money, and politics.

Went in for weird head pains. Got tested for covid and sent to the waiting room. When im called i was told i tested positive for covid. They then proceed to f****** discharge me without checking my f****** head. So i dont know if its serious or not. Could be a headache or something worse. I wont know. Do not go here.

You all are the biggest pieces of s**** The lack of give a s*** from your doctors and staff is absolutely Atrocious. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. My grandmother is in the hospital here and she hasn't gotten a single treatment other than tranquilize her because she has sepsis and doesn't have any idea where the hell she is or who anyone is. Y'all better get your act together or this place is gonna go soaring into the ground with no more business. Seriously. If my family member dies because of your lack of care I swear this hospital will no longer be a thing

I was an employee there for a total of 4 mo ths. I had lack of training and my boss did not give me the tools I needed to do my job. She constantly had me walking on eggshells and she got off on it too, having that control over my job security. She found fault with everything I did and there was no pleasing her...after 90 days of working there she gave me an extra month to see how I can do, and once again her lack of training was terrible. She got annoyed when I asked her questions..she talked behind my back because I was made aware of it by other employees and she never had a smile or a nice thing to say to me. She treated me awful and she had no heart whatsoever. She sucked as a supervisor and after 4 months of working for her..she fired me the week of Thanksgiving on a Monday, so I wouldn't even get paid for Thanksgiving..giving me the excuse that she doesnt have time to train me anymore...she ruined my holidays financially as well as hurt me financially especially that I had perfect attendance and was never late..I asked her why would she invest 4 months into having others train me ..just to fire me for no apparent reason and hire someone else? she also had no control over her staff as they were unprofessional talking about sexual things in nature..body parts..cursing..etc...when I got fired I went right to HR and complained how awful she was..and they "sympathized" with me. I live not to far from this hospital..and if I ever get sick and have to be rushed to the hospital is rather risk my life then to ever set foot in that backstabbing so called hospital ever again!

The nurses are great, the nurses Aides are caring. Their idea of a diabetic diet is laughable. The agency that supplies their hospitalists and ER doctors really is the worst organization I have ever dealt with! I was admitted in 2017. Never got a bill from the doctors' agency until eight months after that. Called my insurance. They said it is provider responsibility, don't pay it. I didn't. I put the correct insurance info on the back of the bill and sent it back. Long story short, they turned me into a collection agency. I have been playing a phone version of monkey in the middle ever since. I still haven't gotten my money back. I contacted everyone involved multiple times. Hard to say who is lying anymore. The Performance Improvement coordinator was helpful and tried to brush it off when I said this reflects badly on the hospital. They have a contract (or agreement depending on who you talk to) for that agency's services, so, yes it is their responsibility that those people are in the building!

The ER tortured a baby for hours while we were there. It was positively horrible. Be warned that if you are planning to bring a very young child or baby to this ER, that prolonged painful and/or disturbing medical procedures are conducted apparently without sedation or pain relief. They need to read this article (at least):
