I had ordered and PAID 50% of my cabinets and countertops on March 18, 2022. On June 5, 2022 I received a phone call from Kingsboro Lumber that the island countertop (that i paid 1/2 of) never actually got ordered. They had asked me if I still wanted it but had to pay an extra $500 because the price had since increased. They ended up eating the $500 because it wasn’t my fault and the delivery for the new one would be August 11, 2022. On August 16, 2022 I received a phone call that the island countertop delivered to kingsboro lumber but it delivered damaged so they refused the delivery and sent it back to the manufacturer. Mind you I had given them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen. My new delivery date for the countertop was now 2-3 weeks out. And at this time I learned that what was ordered wasn’t actually what I was thinking I would be receiving.. it was coming in unfinished and my builder then would have to finish the edges. On September 02, 2022 I received another phone call that the countertop came in again damaged but when I asked for photos of it they didn’t have any. ? They said they would be refunding my deposit to me, meaning I’d be starting all over from square one. I also never received my deposit back, they took it upon themselves to put it toward the remainder of the quartz countertop that I received 2 weeks late. Let me not forget to mention that 3 of the cabinet doors received were the incorrect size and I’m still waiting for one. When I asked to speak to the owner, her response was that it’s the manufacturers fault and I could take it up with them. That’s customer service right there! I went with Kingsboro lumber knowing I would be paying more but thinking I would be receiving better quality, better customer service and helping out a local business. Man am I sorry.It wasn’t like I only spent 10K or 20k or even 30k ⬆️ And that’s the customer service you get.

My handy man knowledge is not to keen. But when I describe to the Staff at K'boro lumber they are Great at knowing my off beat description. And I've Never gone here and not find what I needed.Highly Recommend.

Would not recommend. Ordered and had Cambria countertop installed through Busch. Template inaccurate and results poor. Charged additional fee for them to return. Staff unsupportive and " not their problem."
