they literally sold me an iPhone that was stolen. When I turned the phone on after I left the store, It said “this phone has been lost or stolen.”
It was totally useless. I called them for days and days, and nobody answered.

These guys were nothing short of miracle workers in fixing my phone recently! The team at Josh's seems to be nice. However... We brought in a Samsung Note20 Ultra to have the camera glass replaced as a piece of it had broken. Upon review of the phone, they stated the cameras' were surprisingly, "perfect". After pulling off the camera protective screen he realized they had the wrong part & had to order. So he covered the cameras with tape and asked us to return in a couple of days when the part came in. We did and they finished the install. We noticed that the existing main camera was now cloudy (no issues before), like there was something on the camera lens. He said they would replace the camera. After replacing the camera, we noticed that the new camera would not focus. He said he would order and replace the camera. He said the camera would come in before Labor day. When I sent him a message, "It never did." then blamed shipping company and it was delayed. Several days later I asked again, he replied, "No sir. I'm gonna message as soon as in hand". Then the ghosting started. He wouldn't respond to text or email. Zero response.

Terrible business practices. Owner Josh sold me two phones online, promised to ship them but never did, and it’s been 3 months and still haven’t refunded the full amount, not even half. Stay away these people aren’t honest and they’ll screw you over and then give you false promises

These guys were straightforward and did a screen repair for my wife's phone. We ordered the part. Made an appointment for the repair and they got it done. They're responsive friendly and helpful.

Runs a sketchy business with no cash flow whatsoever. Owes hundreds of dollars and can’t afford to pay it back. Absurd that a business owner cannot pay back 500$ debt. Every business owner should be able to pay 500$ especially when they were handed that 500$ in cash weeks prior. Scammy behavior

Waited for over 4 months for a battery for a device they said they ordered. Never called to tell me they couldnt find that particular battery. I found a battery and dropped it to them and weeks later still was not repaired. Picked up and will find someone else to install.

Guy is a con artist and thief had my son's gaming computer for 3 months never fixed it and had a hard time getting it back,low and behold he stole all the upgrades that my son did previously to taking it there and put junk burned out parts in,beware over priced and thief,also he scammed my other son and fiancee out of a phone lease program he couldn't get because he was a dealer for the company

I brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max to be fixed on 2/27/24, the back had shattered. When I went to pick it up I was told their laser had went across my cameras causing them to not look the same, I was told they still work fine and didn’t affect anything and was given a $30 discount for the repair and told they would replace the lenses on the cameras. The camera was affected, they photos were “foggy” and looked off. But they were ordered them to fix and replace the lenses— I was told to stop by in a few days and they could be replaced then. I stopped by and was informed they only received one of the three cameras needed to replace them. I was asked to stop by again another day as they were going to order them. I stopped by again three days later, and they were in, they were “fixed”. The cameras are all “dinged” and look like they were rushed (which they were because they told me to come back in half hour, gave an hour and they had something else come up so I waited another half hour for them to be done). My phone comes out and I was told it’s all set. I come home play with the cameras, they don’t zoom now. They photos are completely off and blurry and won’t focus at all. I go back the next day 3/9/24 and I tell him the photos are off and still don’t look right. I was told there must be shards of glass in the camera causing this and it’s on them to fix and they will order and replace the whole camera. They took my information and said they would call when the parts come in. I hadn’t heard anything so I attempted to call on 3/19 and they directed me to a full voicemail. I then went to their Facebook page and found an email, and got a reply that same day as follows—“Hello Elizabeth, I have not forgot you or your phone that has been bad luck to me.
Unfortunately this has not arrived yet, but we’re expecting it any day! As soon as I have it in hand, I’ll be reaching out to you.”
I still haven’t heard anything for another week on 3/25 I contacted the BBB to which they are ignoring the concerns. It’s now 4/1/24 and I still don’t have a phone camera that can be used because of their mess up. I wouldn’t recommend the services at all. They scratched what was put in and put in a light that doesn’t even go with this phone.
Here to add to to follow up from the "owner", after reading your response I should have known that this would happen. There was an excuse for everything and you failed to take fault in your own actions. When I walked into your shop in 2-27-24 I did in fact come at 4pm giving you two hours to repair the phone-I came as a walk-in the Friday before and you stated you needed to order the back for my phone to have this fixed and due to my work schedule I came in on Tuesday to provide enough time to get this done. I came back at 5:30pm to pick my phone up and you informed me that my phone was giving you issues and you machine lasered the cameras. Just going to cover this now, there was in fact no pass code on the phone until today when I had to come back again 4-4-24 to have the whole camera replaced because I don't trust your work. So this was tested by you the day that I had come in, and if you check your records you will see that there was no pass code listed when I created and account with your shop. Your machine being off isn't the customers responsibility to take on and have to worry. You continued to say "Were in it for the long hall to make it and I repeat, Perfect"! I have made several attempts to connect with you even through the BBB which you claim your accredited through, you are not-a simple google check verified this. So now here we are 4-4-24 I bring my phone in again to have the whole camera replaced and you weren't happy that you received this review and it was known that I made a point to voice my experience with your service has been less than good. I pick up my phone today and I'm told it was all replaced, and now I get an error message stating theirs unknown parts on the phone.

My wife's iPhone had an issue where it locked her out, and her password would not work.We tried different things the Internet
Suggested.but nothing worked.I called them, Jeff was very nice and told me to bring it down.1 hour later it was fixed.Thanks for the quick response and making my wife a happy.
