These guys saved me. I live a few hours away, I broke down off I-5 and got towed to Glenn's. They replaced my alternator that day and I was back on the road in a few hours.

I use Glenn's for every car I've ever had. Today, I dropped off my car thinking I would be spending well over $500 on transmission issues but Mark really helped me figure out what was going to be best for my price range. After all the work that was done, it only came out to be about $200. Glenn's is the definition of helpful. I've never felt scammed by these guys and their always reliable when it comes to meeting my time crunch in getting my car back. Thank you Glenn's for your help.

Wonderful service. Went in for a preventive transmission service. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was very helpful. Continued to contact me and inform me on what was needed as per my manufacture recommendations. I will be using Glenns in the future. Hopefully it's just for preventive maintenance and nothing serious.

UPDATE!! On this incompetent establishment. My car was still not any better shape after spending $1300 with them. They then after all the "work" they did said it was my fuel pump. Well replaced the fuel pump and STILL. WAS. NOT. THE. ISSUE. These people seriously just guess their way through. Anyways, took my car to another mechanic and they did THE EXACT SAME WORK GLENNS CLAIMED THEY DID (mind you they told me they messed up on fuel injectors then took back that they ever said that two days later) and my car is running beautifully! Half the price as well. Seriously avoid this place. It has been a complete nightmare with them. If you want HONEST AND EFFICIENT work take your cars to Lloyds Auto Clinic on Military Rd!

We had a fuse blow in our car and our trailer lights would not work. Glenn fixed us up ON A SAT night!!! He’s the best! Big favor for us and we are on our way. I highly recommend them!!!!

Not a good place to bring your car for anything. They left my husband's car without a plug after an oil change. Lied about pricing on the phone and what they actually charged. Don't like their dishonesty. We've been going there for many years when Norm was there but since Norm left the customer service went down hill.

My daughter's VW Passat was running rough so I brought it to Mark. He and his mechanic looked at it and needed to know if the ECM (engine control module) was good. Took ther car to VW dealership to determine if it was good, it was. They wanted to charge us $5,300 to fix what they thought was wrong without really determining what was wrong. So I called Mark back and he said bring it back and we will do the right thing to get it done right. He saved us $2,200 by taking a methodical step by step approach to diagnosing and repairing our car. All the while communicating with me the step by step way to fix it right. My daughter is so happy with how the car runs!! Mark gave us a break on the bill and fixed things that I didn't even ask for making it right. Would recommend this team to anyone to treat you right.

I would give less than a star if I could. I went in on 4-22-20 to get an estimate just to install mufflers that I had purchased, literally just to cut out the tube that had been welded in by previous owner and weld up the mufflers, a weld at each end. I was told it would be 1hr shop time and the shop time was $125 per hour. He said it would be that price because they remove the exhaust to weld off the vehicle to make a complete weld around the tube and said I should be weary of any other shop that welds while the exhaust is on the vehicle. I thought to myself it is impossible due to the shape of the exhaust and how it goes around the axle. I d just under the car the day before replacing the h-pipe so I knew what had to be done. I done weld so that is all I needed. I said I could only afford $90 right now, I went in hoping it wouldn't be more than $50 due to the jobs simplicity. Mark said no way I can do that for that price he said he could give me $10 off is all. I said I appreciate your time but I can't do that right now with being out of work due to covid19 so they took my car off the lift and I left. 2 days later I'm on Yelp looking for someone else to do the job and I see they now they have a coupon $95 for $125 job. I can't believe this, that guy Mark is not very kind, the other guy at the desk said they weren't experiencing that much of decline in work because they have commercial vehicles come in so I guess they didn't need my money that badly and didn't want to help someone in need. I'll give my business to someone with a little more heart.

I brought my car in, was having coolant issues. Mark came to look at my outside and had me pop my hood. Explained my experience and he looked at it, topped off my coolant showed me the overflow and said to keep an eye out on it. Jiffy Lube had helped me originally by tightening the hose clamp said to get it looked at. Mark thought this worked in my favor. Next day was driving around, steam started coming out after I stopped and immediately took it back. Mark believed it was the hose that needed replaced and order would be placed with oem clamp. This was 4/7/2020. Well on 4/08 I received a call it was not the hose but the coolant housing unit was cracked. Thankfully this shop can take third party warranty and my issue was covered. Mark got my extended warranty info from Sunset (they never provided to me!) and got it all worked out. My oem hose clamp was not covered and I only had to pay $6 and change. Work done in one day! Very pleased for the help and honest communication and work to help me out. Highly recommend their services.
