“The best used dealership experience that I have ever had. I purchased a blue 2010 dodge ram 1500 crew cab sport 4X4. I am a very satisfied customer. As vehicles age, it is normal that a vehicle will need maintenance. It is impossible to see every piece of maintenance needed before selling the vehicle. However, when I purchased the vehicle from them anything that came up within the warranty. Which was triple normal warranty periods they stood behind their warranty without question. The only reason why I would ever shop any results is if the vehicle I was purchasing next was either new or they didn’t have it in stock. As long as they have the vehicle in stock that I will be purchasing next I will buy from them. They only allow me to get five stars on here but if I could give 10 stars I would and they have made a lifelong customer out of me. I have purchased from other used dealerships in the past Nethaway has been the best experience and purchasing a used vehicle I have ever had and I highly recommend them”

“Tom, I dropped off some U-Haul equipment, and after doing this I wanted to leave a nice review. Well, I got schooled by my wife. She looked at a previous review I left, and had to explain to me that ONE STAR is not the best, (like "Number 1") but rather the worst. Tom's Automotive deserves nothing but praise. Despite not having an appointment, he took us right in and quickly assessed the damage. His service was not only efficient but also extremely friendly and professional. He had a great personality, making the whole experience pleasant despite our stressful situation. He fixed the tire promptly, allowing us to get back on the road with minimal delay.
