cozy place to walk in but frustrating to mail your package! I had a perfume to send over to Boston. They directed me to use a special parcel and told me it's gonna be delivered in 5 days. it's day 19th and still "on the way". USPS customer service believes it's the slowest mail service and I wondered why they don't train their staff to have the right information
