Prince, the owner of the showroom was so pleasant and helpful that he personally helped us with listening to our needs and not up sell anything to us with his interest in mind. The quality of furnitures I ordered and mind you...I ordered quite a few...they were beyond my expectations and was delivered on quick promised dates and with a service with a smile. “Raymour & Flanigan has the best furniture at the right prices! My salesperson, Frederick, seemed brand new. He didn't know where anything was and he was a bit odd. In the end, I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. I guess that's the most important thing. However, each time I asked a question, he ran away to ask the store manager who would not even speak with me. He told me I couldn't walk into the manager's office. It was strange. And he kept saying, thank you for being patient, thank you for waiting, do you want a water, etc. It was awkward.”
“The whole team here was great! I bought two slabs to build my own table and I bought a slab that they finished for me for a kitchen bar height table. It was an amazing experience working with them. I am what you would call a pain in the butt client. I am very particular, somewhat of a DIY'er, ask a ton of questions and really take pride in learning do something myself. All of which make me a nightmare to build something for as a contractor. “Last night, I attended an introduction to woodworking class at Restoration Oak. With no prior woodworking experience since high school, I was initially intimidated by power tools. However, the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The class was full of beginners who were incredibly friendly.Omar, the teacher, is kind and talented, not only in woodworking but also in helping people find their passions. The class ran efficiently, and we worked together seamlessly, making the time fly by. I built a really cool toolbox for my gardening tools, and even my kids were impressed.Restoration Oak's shop is a must-see, filled with creative goods from Columbia, including handcrafted wood furniture. I'll definitely be returning for more classes and plan to host my next birthday party there for my family.”
