They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.”
“I needed to upgrade to 5G but was apprehensive about how painful the process might be. Turns out, no worries. It was seamless and got everything ported over to the new phone. Whole process took maybe a half hour at most and was painless, not painful. Based on my two experiences there (first was in 2021), I consider them very professional and very helpful, Highly recommended.”

“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“What I was impressed with was the fact that the gentleman that served my brother phone decided that it was better to show customer service instead of just trying to make me pay more for a phone that was still working properly I was up on the fence regarding whether I should pay for another phone or stick to the phone that I had. The workers showed excellent service and let the me know that he's there to take care of you instead of trying to show you something that you didn't need. He has all my phone issues check with the computer and found out why my phone was acting the way it was so I didn't have to spend over $500 for another phone. He should get a raise or at least acknowledgement for his excellent customer service. Hooray for MetroPCS”

“I've been to this store many times over the years and have been less than pleased with the customer service., but I had to go today to get a new phone for my wife and I have to say I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Kevin a really down to earth guy who made my time there feel more like hanging out catching up with a friend than a buissnes transaction and trying to rush me out of the store ,or not helping me .he answered all my questions and made sure I was allset before I left so I don't have to call customer support for help. “I'd thought I cracked my screen and was having issues filing a claim online. I went in and Justin was able to fix the issue which was actually a cracked screen protector. I was taken care of and sent on my way in no time! Super friendly and fast service and a much better experience than the Altamont location.”
“This review is for the Spectrum tech I initially talked to his name was David. He identified the problem and got me started on what I would need. The tech at the Spectrum store in Glenville NY was 1 in a million. He showed us exactly how to set the new Wi-Fi. I came home and got it done this was 1/25/24 at 6pm. I didn't catch his name. He was so helpful .”
