First time using this pharmacy and will not go back. Poor customer service when I called about my prescription. At pick up, they didn't know how to process insurance and gave my partner a hard time. When asked specific questions about the medication, they did not take the time to effectively look it up. I personally ended up consulting with a different pharmacist at a different pharmacy. Additionally, my partner told me he had to sign something saying he declined consult with a pharmacist which was not true. Be careful going here if you are taking a new to you medication and be aware that wait times for filling is unpredictable.

I've been with the Hannaford in Glenville for a very long time, they have been wonderful. Tim, Danielle, Techs are stellar. Coreen not so much. Constant attitude ive tried to kill her with kindness, benefit of the doubt maybe some personsal issues but it's been 2 years nothing changes. She seems miserable which causes unprofesionalism. Literally called to check if scripts were filled one was incorrect left me on hold for 12 mins put the phone down heard everything then hung up on me..Shes not kind. As a pharmacist I cannot comment.

Tim is the best! My husband and I had flu shot from him and we never felt them at the time of injection or anytime after.Tim and all of the others have a great personality and are great with the public.

Hannaford Pharmacy is a great place to get your meds and general questions answered. Pharmacy Techs and pharmacist are very eager to help you and answer all your questions. Its a place to get a flu shot. And covid-19. Stop. . Even asked questions about over the counter medicines. I have been a patron as have my mother and my husband for many years and one of the better pharmacies in the area. their prices fair but the information and caring from the pharmacies employees invaluable. Thank you to all the employees of the Hannaford Pharmacy and all you do for my mother Lucy and my family

Employees of the grocery depts. as well as those in the pharmacy consistently exhibit professionalism and courtesy to their customers. Even more than good prices, this is why I shop at the Hannaford Glenville store. Continued success to you all.

Finally supermarkets in eastern NY have finally figured out what Wegman's has been doing right for 30 years in the western part of the state: Build them big with personal choice and every level of quality from insanely high end boutique brands to no name super savers, but most important: Make it a beautiful experience. Market 32 figured it out- Hannaford - not so much. This single experience pretty much tells the tale: Walk into Hannaford and ask for a Roast Beef and Swiss Sub. Lady behind the counter says,"Please choose from the premade subs on the rack, I made most of them today..." Me: "Most of them? No thank you, I would like a fresh sub made today- Roast Beef and Swiss." Lady: " We don't have that." Me: " Can you make me one?" Lady: "No. You can go to Subway." Me: "Seriously?!?" Lady: Blank stare Me: SMH, walks out of Hannaford, never to return. Gets in car, drives across the parking lot to Market 32. And that's how some idiot executive loses a regular customer with what they thought was a simple way to save money. Yeah, not so much genius... And this is a picture of my delicious Market 32 Roast Beef and Swiss, double meat, 6" submarine sandwich.

i like the one line for all registers. they also carry several brands that are hard to find elsewhere, have a great coffee selection, etc., but i no longer go there even tho it was my go-to place several times a week. there is a tall, overweight man in maybe his 60's who may be one of the managers who is not customer friendly, at least to me. the whole idea behind the one line is that the next person chooses the shortest line and gets waited on next. but this individual was so slow, talking to another man, that everyone behind me was waited on first. when the 2 dawdlers finally parted, this cashier turned to me and said i would have to wait a moment and left the register. that wasn't the first time he was rude but it was the last that got my business.

The pharmacists and staff go above and beyond consistently to provide great service. There is never a long wait and prescriptions are filled very fast and accurately. Unlike other local market pharmacies in our area that make you wait for their next day delivery or longer, this pharmacy usually is always able to fill your order completely the same day. The pharmacists are always available to answer any questions you might have concerning your medication and do so in a very friendly manner. The assistants are also very friendly and competent.
