“I have been a long timemember at anothzer credit union (I still am) I loved the personalized service I would receive. It was as if everyone knew me- I was in the market to open a new business account. So, naturally, I went to the place I loved.But things were different- they were in the middle of a merger. They seemed less customer focused than before- I felt as if I was in a 'regular bank'So, I left. I wanted to stay with a local credit union, and I walked into a Sunmark. I was greeted right away, and made to feel right at home.
