“My car wouldn't start and battery was only 2 yrs old. They came to my house to jump it and the next day it wouldn't start so they tow it to their shop and check it out plus gave me a new battery, then the next day came and got me to get my car. They were so good to me. I recommend them to everyone. I've never been treated so well, people usually use or lie to me, They went out of their way for me! Thank you, can't thank you all enough, plus girl in office was so sweet. I'll Bring my car back there for repairs”

“Great customer service !! shoutout to Paul!!! Needed my battery replaced because i had the wrong battery installed by someone else without knowing and due to that I did not know the correct size battery my car (2015 mercedes c300)needed and that model has like 6 different battery choices based on where the battery is located, The manager Paul suggested we could measure the the slot for the battery to see which battery would most likely fit, due to their policy they cannot install a battery if they don’t know for sure what the correct battery is , So i chose the bigger battery of the two that would fit my car and decided To install it myself , But Paul was very helpful and lent me tools , a few pointers which really helped to get the job done, it was in fact the correct battery I needed and wouldn’t have been able to get this done in such a timely fashion without his help .”
“Unfortunately, I have had to make multiple visits to Monro this past year for major repairs. Each time, the manager has taken extremely good care of us, going out of his way to help us out. I hope to not be back anytime soon, but I am already planning to take my car here for my next oil change. Highly recommend this location.”
