Won’t Help. Wanted to pick up a package that was shipped to them from UPS. Been there for days and nothings happened with it as far as tracking. They don’t let you pick up packages there and wouldn’t even bother to take a look at tracking to see…just it’s probably on the truck and will be delivered today…we’ll no package today with the mail…maybe they stop by several times a day. Not happy with them.

This is now the SECOND time I am having issues with my Mail, I had to order a replacement social security card for my son. I have informed mail delivery and usually when I get the email, I get my mail on the same day. I waited over a week and it said it should be coming to my mailbox and never came so I went to the post office, and the woman spoke to the mail carrier and apparently, it was sent back to where it came from to be destroyed! Why?? I have no idea. So then they told me I need to go to the social security office. So I do that, and then find out I have to re-do the whole process all over again! Now this time around, I just got the email 2 days ago for the informed mail delivery for my sons social security card. Checked my mailbox, and once again, NO MAIL NO SS CARD. I even went as far as leaving a post it note in my mailbox that says ______ (my son’s name) is part of this household and to leave his mail!! I don’t know what the heck is going on but it’s just getting ridiculous at this point. They need to learn how to do their job. I have places I need to go that need to see my sons SS card and I keep having to tell them that the mail person keeps screwing up and I haven’t gotten it yet and now they’re annoyed. DO BETTER!

Just overall not ever really happy with the organization and hours. People are great. But for a place that operates on my tax dollar I would like more accessibility and higher digital function.

The mail person for my area is horrible constantly damaging my packages by shoving them in the mail box they don't fit in. They put things in the parcel locker then don't put the key in my mail box. Leave my packages out in the rain instead of in my enclosed porch that I leave door open for them to do so but instead they leave right infront of the doorway. So sick of usps. If u need to send a package I suggest anyone but them.

Have been waiting on a package now for 10 days and every day is says will be delivered on that day no help at all with the tracking they just tell me it will be delivered ok so my question is when not helpfull at all pretty much useless to be honest ???

I have called 36 times and i have been hung up on every timeThey even called me back just to hang up again. Unable to deliver one package because of wrong address but delivered the second package addressed the same place at the same time with no issue

I called inquiring about finger prints for a USPS job. They answered right away and helped me even though I wasn't able to confirm my appointment in an email. The lady working was super nice, helpful, and welcoming.

I had called to locate my package after they had already lost my first package and then proceeded to discuss my issue… the guy had proceeded to talk over me and then got loud with me… his name was Ryan and he was very disrespectful more than professional with me… it is very absurd when all I’m trying to do is locate my package so they don’t get it lost and I’m just losing out on my things that I have put my money into.
