Had to return some packages from Amazon and elected to drop off at the UPS Store. Service was fast and friendly. Kudos to Sebastian and staff for a pleasant experience.

Ben and Dom were wonderful. They were very accommodating, friendly and efficient. I had a problem with my Amazon return and Ben was able to get it all straightened out for me. Both guys were so genuinely polite and helpful. It is rare these days to find to employees who are willing to assist you all while being kind and helpful. They made my day!!!!!!

The courtesy and help that both Sebastian and Ben provided to my wife and I was exceptional ! We needed to have important documents motorized. They both treated us with such consideration and patience !
