HAVING USED TRUSTCO BANK FOR, PERHAPS 15 YEARS OR MORE NOW, I JUST WANT TO SHARE??? NEVER HAVE I ENTERED THE BANK, WITHOUT SOMEONE, OR EACH ONE, WHO IS NOT BUSY WITH A CLIENT......DOES NOT SAY HELLO, AND HOW I AM DOING! :) IT'S A "JOY" TO KNOW THAT I HAVE TO VISIT THE BANK??? AND THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SMILES AND SILLY JOKES ENJOYED, BY MANY! SADLY, I AM OLD, AND DO NOT REMEMBER LOTS OF NAMES??? :) BUTT I DO HAVE TO SHARE?? MY FAVORITE "TELLER""??? ( I HATE THAT TITLE! ) MY FAVORITEEMPLOYEE THERE??? HAS TO BE, HANDS DOWN, MISS "SATIN"??!!!!WHAT A SWEET AND HELPFUL LADY!!! I DID HAVE TO "RENAME" HER, YEARS AGO, THO?? :) CUZ TO ME?? SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MISS "LACEY"! AS LACE, IS PRETTIER THAN SATIN! I HOPE MY BANK ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE FROZEN OR DELETED AFTER SEND THIS?? LOL I JUST THINK IT'S IMPORTANT, FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT THEY CAN, AND DO HAVE, ON PEOPLE YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW??:) TO ALL OF YOU??? I THANK YOU!!! AND BE PROUD! I have had a checking account at Trustco Bank at Glen Street in Glens Falls for 29 years and counting. I have no desire to change banks.

I wouldn't bank in either location. Theres an employee in a higher position who has been bragging in a Facebook group about breeching customer privacy.

worst customer service EVER. we have called daily, for almost 2 weeks, for an update on our closing and get nothing but bs. They will "look into it and call us back" and of course, they dont, so we call again, and get nowhere fast. BUT I would bet if they needed something from us or a payment was 5 minutes late that they would be calling us. big mistake on our part choosing this crappy company
