They tried charging me over $300 to lift the car up on the lift. I got it down to $160 + tax which is still ridiculous. I was waiting for 3 hours until they finally realized there was just a little rock stuck in the suspension system.

Went in because heater blower didn’t work and check engine light was on. They came up with $13,000 in fixes including tires that two were new but they couldn’t match. The Rav was 12 years old… and putting that much into car would be foolish.. so they charged me $500. For the assessment… not happy and won’t gonback unless it’s a warranty issue on my new car…

Romeo Toyota in GF: From the beginning I wan not sure I was going to even be able to order a car. New process comes with a learning curve. So, I “ordered” a car. It was going to be 4-6 months before I could take delivery. Then a similar enough vehicle came available, so I bought it. But, the Salesman never told the Finance guy I put $1000 down payment. If I had not been vigilant, this would have been lost in the shuffle. An incomplete towing package was installed, salesman told me the tongue and ball were in the vehicle…they were not. He said he ordered it, I waited almost a month and then today, the part was not only not there, it had never been ordered. I am thinking I will find a different Toyota dealership for my service calls. The folks at this place are full of misinformation and they do NOT communicate with each other or their customers. I’m very happy with the vehicle, but will be looking for another Dealership for service. As poor as my experience has been at Romeo Toyota in Glens Falls, I will seek out a more dependable crew to take care of my car.

The entire experience was a bit unorganized. I believe it appeared that way because my sales person who was very pleasant was new to this dealership. He got a lot of help from more seasoned salespeople which was nice. Overall everything came out as it should have but it just took a lot longer than expected. As a side note the finance guy was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Dale was amazing. Despite a miscommunication from another person at the dealership, he found me the perfect truck for the perfect price. We had multiple misses, none were his fault, and he went more than the extra mile to make me happy. I'll be getting my wife a test drive with him before the month is over.

Went in for my First service, I purchased a Toyota 4Runner, they gave me a loaner car, I thought I was getting my Car remote starter put in.. but unfortunately that was not the case… but Dylan Pearson My Salesman got it straightened out and I was back Saturday morning to get it installed and gave me a loaner car… they are incredibly helpful and if you are looking for a Toyota I highly recommend asking for Dylan he is a great salesman, you won’t be disappointed. ?
