Always come here for laundry and the machine ate 2 loads of money, put an "out of order" sign on said machine. Called number to at least leave a message to get refunded but isn't a working number. No attendant here, will return during "business hours" for refund for the loads...Plus last weekend I came to do laundry in one of the washers tge pods didn't fully dissolve so I had to rewash items costing me more quarters then the dryer didn't dry my clothes efficiently so I had to separate out the dry clothes from the not and redry them again and still had wet spots after all that...Probably just going to find a new laundromat at this point

Love this laundromat! I come here about once a month to do big loads of laundry and there are tons of modern machines. The staff is very attentive to keeping the place VERY clean and it's filled with plants which makes it a nice experience being here. Highly recommend!

Says it closes at 10pm, laundry was in the dryer and should be done by 9:55pm latest and since I live right around the corner I drove home and came back at 9:54 to make sure I was out before 10pm but when I got there the lights were off and the doors were locked..

Revision: I had left a note on the staff door and Katie called me back and offered to try to remove the stains. Even if she is unable, I feel this customer service goes above and beyond.I used one of the industrial washers for my soft Sherpa comforter and it has brown stains all over it now. I also noticed brown water flowing in the toilet. I can't find an attendant and there is no one to call.

While I was washing my clothes 2 other people noticed that the machines were leaving stains on their clothes and believe me there entire loads were ruined with brown stains. I was counting myself lucky until I also found a stain on one of my shirts. The whole load just came out dingy. There are no working phone numbers to call the owner. There is no one working there. I would recommend avoiding this place until improvements are made.
