I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Romeo Toyota "Chase Hutchins" was a real gentleman he was very helpful. also Ryan who did the financing was very good. He explained everything very clearly Dave a new salesman was delightful as well. While waiting we spoke and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. Chase was my sales person A + My new Tacoma is beautiful. This is my fourth Tacoma. I traded my old one in after Fourteen years of driving just under 190,000 miles. every Tacoma I have owned has been a work horse. They are the very best mid sized pickups on the market. Romeo Toyota is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I am 72 years of age and when I turn 86yrs of age I'm going back to Romeo to buy another Tacoma. I'm an optimist.

I am disgusted by this Toyota dealership. I made the decision and traded my Corolla in for a Suburu, mostly due to the poor business practices and customer service experience of Romeo. However, almost 2 years later, they are still not listening to me or respecting my requests because I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their mailing lists. I am still receiving advertisements in the mail and text messages from their company.

We are so happy that we went with Romeo Toyota to get our 4Runner. We worked with Jamie Potter throughout the process and couldn't be happier! We were committed on a 4Runner and Jamie communicated with us through the process of allocating one that fit our needs and wants. When they got one in that we loved, Jamie promptly ordered the wheels that we wanted to make this vehicle our dream car! Jamie and the Toyota team were patient with us while normal life demands got in the way. In the current market, we were concerned about payments. Jamie and the team offered us a variety of options and found one that was in our price range. They were even very considerate with our trade-in value. When it came to picking up our new 4Runner, Romeo was very flexible with us and worked with us through a titling issue. Jamie had our new 4Runner ready to go with the new wheels put on and the registration was completed and insurance transferred! I could not recommend Romeo Toyota enough! We will definitely be back when it comes time to trade in our next vehicle!

I have now purchased two vehicles from Romeo Toyota. They were great throughout the buying experience. Stefan my salesman was great . He kept up fantastic communication throughout both purchases . The dealership (including the finance guy who owned the same truck as me :-) made the entire purchase experience fun, seamless and fast . I highly recommend Romeo toyota of glens falls.

I bought a car from them. The sales person lied to me about the oil changes. I get it home the grill is broken. I not one to be negative but everything to do with this dealership is all about them. They don't care about there customers. Buy from us and we forget about you should be there slogan. First time buying a car. It will definitely be the only time going through this business.

I had my 2015 Prius with 153,000 miles towed to Romeo Toyota due to an major engine noise. The service department identified the issue has misfire on cylinder #3, a clogged intake manifold, throttle body and spark plugs. They told me that after doing the work the car would be good as new at a cost of $1450. That all sounded fine to me, so I had the work done. After replacing the parts, there still was a continuous misfire on cylinder #3. There is a major internal failure in the engine. The service manager, Ben, suggested I talked to sales and work in the cost of the repair into the purchase of a new or used car. After talking with the salesman, and seeing the prices of the used cars on the lot (more than the price of new), I asked Ben if he could locate a used motor. Romeo provided used motor quotes from nearby auto salvage, Jerry Browns. There was a motor with !40k miles and it was quoted at $3500 from Romeo. I did quick search of Jerry Browns website and found the same motor for $2400. I've already given Romeo $1450 for a broken car and they are still trying to mark up used parts by over a $1k. On top of it all...the services department had the nerve to add a 3% credit card transaction fee on top of the invoice. I will not be giving my business to Romeo and I suggest you also check out other dealerships. Its definitely not the old Glens Falls Toyota.

You will be hearing from my lawyer, got a loan through them, found a better rate with another bank.the bank sends the other bank the pay off they accept the payment. A month later they call me and tell me they messed my loan up, I come in wait for 2 hours for them to tell me they can't do anything. Wait another 4 weeks with 0 communication, they say we need you to resign, I come back in after y'all begged me to come back in made it right and was lied to my face "the bank will reject the payment and send it back" and now I have 2 loans on one car, 30000 dollars up on the air somewhere that the banks can't find, horrible financing department. Words can't describe how pissed off I am. So essentially I owe 66000 dollars on a highlander. What a joke. I wouldn't buy anything from them. I'll be plastering this everywhere till this is figured out. Y'all messed this up and I have to suffer. Sounds like a great place to do business with. It now has been going on fro almost 4 months with no resolutions.

We used to love Glens Falls Toyota so much that I traveled from Galway there to buy and service both of our cars. I've had Toyota's for the last almost 30 years so that's how long they'd had my business. The business was sold and I expected their winning business model- no pressure sales/ great service- to continue but it definitely did not. Why would you "fix" something that is not broken? High pressure, sales calls ?!? I did not sign up for this. In fact I will bet that the other steady customers did not either. The very thing that attracted us to this dealership is 180 degrees away from the present business model. Now I have to find another car dealer. And just when we are starting to be in the market for a new car.

They are NO HELP at all! First, I called 3 times in attempt to add Apple CarPlay to my car to my 2018 Camry which I know that you can do. They transferred me between service and sales like a ping pong ball until they informed me they'll call me back with an answer. They never called back... I showed up in person for the same reason in addition to possibly adding a remote start as well, I went to sales, they sent me to service, she told me 'it's a sales question'. They are LAZY and do not want to help you.
