The proprietor is extremely hot headed and demeaning. Witnessed him treating his employee like garbage. Not to mention the place is poorly maintained and the prices are high, don’t go here!!!

I have never been to a laundromat before and was expecting it to go to easy as I walked in I was informed about a service they do which is wash and dry and fold my blankets and comforters I brought in wanting to support the local business even though it would be cheaper to do it myself I decided to pay 60$ for it all to be done granted I thought I was expensive for 6 blankets total getting a call a few hours later saying that their worker messed up and charged me wrong and wanting to charge me another 70$ to do it I said no because I didn't agree to that price. I was then told I could come get my stuff expecting it to be done as well I headed over I then received immediate attitude from the female who I didn't talk to to begin with so she states another older women who was very respectful and stated what had happened still under the impression my stuff was washed and dried saying that it was their fault which it was I could take my stuff back obviously I can take it back it's mine and I already paid for a service despite being charged wrong i then see my blankets in a bag on a shelf and I point out that's my stuff too the younger female tells me no it's not I'm like that's definitely my blanket the older women grabbed it and saw my tag on it and gave it to me because it was mine I then see my other blankets on another shelf with my detergent drying crystal thing fall from behind a blind spot on the shelf she quickly picks it up and tucks it back up their I then state that's mine as well and with horrible attitude hands me everything dropping some of my blankets she handed me having to the shuffle while dragging the only washed and drunks blankets on the ground to my car coming back inside i was told those are mine as well which ended up being sobbing wet blankets I had to take and they couldn't do anything else for me saying I could just go drape them over something myself at home... so highly disappointed in the service and the experience I will never return and will never recommend this place to anyone the whole time thinking before hand I can use these guys pretty consistently to wash my blankets and clothes while supporting local business. nope will never happen again I'd rather goto a place 45 mi away then get treated like trash here again. so if you're looking for someone to wash dry and fold you're clothes I strongly do not recomme coming here because even if you do everything right and are nice when they mess up youre in the wrong the do not care for customer happiness or you're items so sad...

I moved recently and plan to buy a washer and dryer. It is so true about saving the best for last. I tried 4 other laundrymats in the area prior to going to this one. THIS IS THE BEST AND ONLY PLACE YOU SHOULD DO YOUR LAUNDRY.. if you are, like me, you like friendly, accommading and attentive owners, a very clean environment, clean machinery, clean folding tables. They have central air conditioning, a chip and drink machine, a bathroom I believe, didn't need it, TV. Of course they sell suds if you need it and provide coins for your dollars.. . Especially if you come on quiet times it is the next best place other than your home The way this laundrymat does business , they don't have to worry about the competition They clearly show the customer comes first.

2nd time now I've lost expensive clothing from this laundromat.DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. YOUR CLOTHES WILL COME UP MISSING 100 PERCENT.

The ABSOLUTE WORST laundromat you could ever even considering going to! I am now missing my favorite pair of $200 Tommy Hilfiger Blue Jeans and I've never been more upset about losing my favorite piece of clothing. This place is absolutely the worst laundromat I've ever been to, I spoke with the owner Hans Hansen and he is the biggest Piece of Sh*t you will ever have the opportunity of speaking to in your life.

Put take or something over the money taker if it doesn't work. Moved my wash to 3 different banks because dryers weren't working. SINAGE!!! Tokkk them home to dry. Saved myself $10. I'll wait until the owner replaces what he lost. Bad customer service

NO REFUNDS when you put your money in a machine that doesn’t work? My girlfriend put $5 in the washing machine that is not working and was told that there is a no refund policy. I could understand that if there wasn’t cameras and they thought there was some type of theft but there is cameras so if I say the machine stole $5 and you check the cameras and see me put $5 in it and still don’t refund me then your stealing our money. That’s not cool especially since a lot of people that come here can’t afford a washer and dryer that’s why they are here. $5 is $5 figure out another way to monitor refunds if your worried about theft. Don’t take peoples money!
