I had a great Salesman, Joe Taylor, at Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls. His service is professional and friendly. He focused on what I was looking to achieve and stayed in the price range I needed. He negotiated for me, and in the end, I achieved what I needed, which was to trade and cut my payments in half! And service was quick and easy! I'm in a better situation financially because they simply wanted my business and achieve what I needed! I would highly recommend Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls! And my Salesman Joe Taylor ensured I was leaving in the situation I was looking for! Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2023 Camry from Romeo and had the good fortune of having David Fish as my salesperson. From the very beginning David was pleasant, personable, and responsive to my concerns and questions. Even though I do not live in Glens Falls and was upfront in that I would not be traveling approximately 40 minutes for service, David has been there for the "service after the sale" concept. Almost a lost art these days. He is an asset to the dealership. A young man with a bright future ahead of him.

Great experience buying a car from Romeo Toyota! I love my new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid. Craig Picca and Tyler Diamond were a pleasure to work with. Both answered all my questions without being high pressure sales. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another car from them.

Walt the sales manager was great, worked hand in hand with me for weeks to fix an issue. Same to be said with Mike Romeo, above and beyond. However, salesmen Dave, sold me the truck, never to be heard from again, complete bait and switch, on paper 2500 additional off, never got it. Carfax, refused and made up a story as to what caused the accident, although minor. Service department and “master mechanic” made up a story again and again as to why they couldn’t install OEM TRD grill and other Toyota parts I wanted to purchase and install. Complete scam and lies. Every dealer debunked this and installed the parts issue free. They just didn’t want to install the parts, great vehicles, good deals, management is great, sales and service, atrocious. Purchase the vehicle and never go back, ever.

When my car was stolen in Canada, Romeo Toyota turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I am thrilled with my new car! Dave made sure to find the new Toyota 4Runner of my dreams and he followed through with all the details, even checking in after the purchase. After searching and discussing prices with many Toyota’s, Romeo Toyota was straight to the point, got in touch with Dale and he was about to get me in a 24 Tacoma TRD. Service was amazing and truck was kept clean upon arrival. Whatever was needed to be done happened. Recommend to anyone and see my guy Dale he knows his vehicles.

My husband and I traded our 2023 TRD PRO 6m for a 2024 Tundra. We live out of state and did the negotiations over the phone. The physical transaction went smoothly and we got our new Tundra and headed home. Our salesman Craig helpfully answered our questions.
