Amazing Compassionate Staff
I sadly had to put down my 14 year old pup recently. It was very unexpected and somewhat of an Emergency. My dog was not a patient at the time, yet Dr. John and his staff took us right in and provided me and my pup the very best care and compassion. I highly recommend Glens Falls Animal Hospital.

Dr. John O'Conner is a straightforward knowledgeable no bs guy & his receptionists are on the ball. This is a tightly run ship. Very impressed. Another Vet's office said my puppy's bloody stool was nothing to worry about & said just to feed him chicken & rice and he should be fine & they could look at him in 2 weeks...no thank's ! Glens Falls Animal Hospital got him in the same day, quickly assessed the situation & took care of it. Way to go !

Louise and I were first time/walk-in customers today, we are visiting from California and my Louise has had diarrhea on and off since we arrived in NY! We absolutely love this animal hospital, they were very busy and yet they only made us wait about 10 minutes, girls upfront treated us like friends, now the Dr.!!
Dr Robert M Skelly, a very calming tone, and it seems as though he knew that I am a helicopter crazy mama, we weren’t rushed even though lobby seemed busy, checked Louise from snout to tail, all is well and a couple of medications and away we go! Thank you Glens Falls animal hospital and especially Dr Skelly, you all rock! ?????????

I've been using them for 20 years. VERY honest. I took my daughter's cat there that was bitten by my dog. Long story short, they told me right up front it would be a minimum of $1,500.00 and most likely $2,000.00. They did the surgery, and he stayed for 2 weeks. I thought for sure the bill was going to be $3,000.00, being he ended up staying for 2 weeks. When she said, "That'll be $506." I told her that's not possible. The point is that they could've charged me what they first quoted, but are honest enough to say to me the surgeon ended up not needing to do a considerable surgery he thought they would need to. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Ever.

I moved from Pennsylvania and my chocolate lab had only ever been to one vet before our move. I made two wrong Vet choices before I found Glens falls animal hospital. Everyone there cares. From the magnificent women who answered the phones to those who help take your dog and of course the vets.
