Shouldn't be posting business out their but the manager September buys pills off from my friend and when I went to the store to go do my own shopping she banned me from the store because she recognized me from a few days prior when she was buying pills in the store parking lot. I guess her and my friend no longer get along so she thought I was their to cause trouble when I didn't even know she was working I was only buying my dog food and sugar. I don't do drugs or condone my friend selling hers but that had nothing to do with me while I was a paying customer so for her to ban me for others actions are ridiculous but it's fine I'll support a different store no problem.

Was in this store a few days ago and the manager September was very rude and her mannerisms are very poor. Terrible customer service!! My wife and our three kids where in the store shopping around and my wife asked her where to find something for the kids and she was just very rude to us. Needless to say we won't be returning to this store rather shop in the Hudson falls store where they treat people better.

I come to the store a lot because our house is right down the street. They're literally the only store I know that allows their employees to be smoking cigarettes outside while they have a line of customers. Is it so hard to check out customers? Literally every time I go there there's no one behind the register.

The manager September is great, very helpful and kind. Ashley is a great employee and is also very kind and helpful. I don't know the others on a first name basis though. In fact, one particular female employee with dark, curly, short hair was quite rude to me once. But the rest of them are all nice and approachable.Good selection of items... Not enough grocery items, but they are working on getting there. Just remodeled and added tons of new items. And its in a good, easy to walk to location. You can mostly just use the bike trail if you want.

They've remodeled and although they seem to have more things, they got rid of a lot of things I went there for. Disappointing to me.

Horrible customer service. Inappropriate music blasting. After waiting 20+ minutes in line to check out, the man working didn’t even say a word to me. Just scans my stuff and put it next to a bag. As I’m carrying a screaming baby year old, he watches me bag my stuff. Never again

If you are going to have one cashier/associate on a busy Friday afternoon, you should probably make sure she actually moves like she is at least TRYING to be fast for the customers.
