Paid cash and even gave driver a 30+ dollar tip. Couldn't give 5stars driver was unable to write a receipt so he texted me an invoice that looked like I didn't pay. After 4 phone calls(3 Friday, 1 Saturday) and assurances I have not received a receipt. I keep records so this is a negative. Otherwise they were here when projected and did an excellent job of loading bike and charged fairly.

This towing company is the absolute BEST. They were able to get to me and my family in record time. My son’s Dodge Charger sits very low but the tow guy did an amazing job, not a scratch on the car. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing tow service. Thank you BIG ANT’s

I highly recommend them as a towing company but not as auto repair. I had gotten my brakes and shocks done at the repair shop back in September and a week later started having big issues with my brakes. Come to find out, both long shoes were put on one side, and both short shoes were put onto the other. My brakes were done so badly it was causing them to rub together and create a burned hole into one of them. The shocks were torqued so much they were destroyed after 2 months. Do not get your vehicle repaired at this shop!!!!

Patrick did a fantastic job at towing my daughter’s car to the garage. He was very knowledgeable and personable. They were very busy that day and he even came in to help on his day off! Would recommend Big Ant’s Towing & Auto Repair.

My 1990 Landcruiser was unable to start and I used our insurance carriers road side safety to request a tow. Never heard of this company before but they took my service request. Patrick came within 30mins and was very courteous and easy to engage with. He was very careful to avoid the other cars in the driveway and loaded the SUV on his truck in about 10 mins. I will definitely choose them next time I need road side assistance/towing.

Great service from here! I was stranded on route 32 where my car broke down and Pat gave me a call to see if I was ok and prioritized my pick up given my location. He helped get me safely to where I needed to be and was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
