I simply used the garden center for quick parking and getting in and out of Walmart asap.Highly recommend. Staff in automotive are wonderful

Have to wear a mask but self checkout isn't being wiped down after each customer touches screen and credit card machine.

The self checkouts have returned, and are now monitored. But some of the staff is still just as rude and racist as ever.

I am still, after 8 months, satisfied with the grocery to go service. Technically it's free over $30, but I still had a $1.20 fee on a $96 bill. Frankly, I find it worthwhile to shop from the sofa & pick-up when I want... the produce continues to be fresh and the expeditors are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is no covered parking...more for the staff than me.

Worst service ever. Walked in to pick up a gaming headset that was locked in a case. When it came to opening the case I was left to one person who was ringing out 5 others in line. The other guy was helping someone with setting up their new phone. I'll decided to walk around and come back while I shopped for a few more misc items. Upon returning 15 minutes later I asked the woman at the desk if she could help me and she rudely replied with "I'm leaving right now, he's gonna have to help you". Wow, nice customer service...I then leave electronics and go ask someone else up front if they can help me out with grabbing the headset. I am greeted with another nasty service leader. She was quick to give me attitude and treat me like I was bothering her. Dumbfounded, I left my cart in one of the aisles and drove to another store to spend my money. Have fun with putting those back. Everyone in this store acts as though the world owes them something. Walmart employees I'm sorry that your life sucks and you work at Walmart. It was your choice. Grow up and treat your customers with some respect.

It's Christmas time. Picking up things on put on layaway have to get them off by the 10th come in today the 7th of December and I've been waiting in line for 35 minutes for 5 items. Workers walking around doing nothing. The ones helping have attitudes and move like molasses. Not a good look I'm a dissatisfied customer.
