I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. “Super impressed with these guys. Wife got a flat (day after it was "repaired" by Mavis), she was near their shop so she stopped. They literally dropped everything they were doing. Left their half eaten lunch on the table and went out to fix her vehicle. What they found upon repair was astonishing.... The previous shop had left the nail in the tire and just filled it with air and charged us for the repair and sent us on their way. Huge safety hazard in my opinion.. I'm glad she stumbled upon this place because they've earned a new customer.”

“This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. Shop here with confidence.”

“I recently had worked on at Mr. Tire- my exhaust system was replaced, including catalytic converter, exhaust pipe and muffler. I also had my summer tires put on and my headlamps replaced on the front. I worked with Perry and Tim in the front office to book the appointment and make the payment. And Jody did the mechanical work on the car. I was happy with all of their work and customer service. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I was also pleased with the price. I definitely recommend them!”
“We just moved to NY and hadn't had time to look around for a good mechanic. So when my car started throwing what seemed like every error light and locked up my brakes while literally on the way home from getting it registered I was pretty stressed out. I looked up the closest shop with good reviews and managed to get my brakes to unlock long enough to limp there.
Turns out I had two faulty wheel speed sensors. One was completely dead and the other was just causing intermittent errors. Mark is very friendly and really takes ownership of their work. They ended up needing to keep the car a bit longer after first calling me to say it was ready, due to discovering the intermittent sensor was actually faulty and not just dirty or something. He apologized profusely and went above and beyond to test drive the car multiple times before calling me to come get it again at no additional charge for the added labor, just the new sensor. So far so good on the repairs and my husband and I will absolutely be going here for both our vehicles going forward.”
