Called and made an appointment and they told me to come in at 10:00 the next day. Open sign was lit up and store was open per door open hours but no one was inside. I waited around for an hour still no one showed. Waste of time.

This location Dose NOT support people with disabilities. This salon turned away me and my service dog. I will be reporting to ADA. The refusal was because the man was scared of dogs, he said they had the right to refuse service to anyone. As I tried to explain that he was not allowed to turn us away, he did not listen and would not read the discourse printed on my phone. The man was nice. But he was unresponsive, unknowable, and unwilling to learn the law.

One of the most uncomfortable places I’ve been too. The guy at the front desk is not welcoming . I was recommended to come here from regal nails in glenmont due to a gel nail allergy . I have eczema so my hands look wrinkled and as soon as I sat down I was starred at and they instantly started speaking in their language and laughing . It’s very disrespectful to do that to someone paying their money as grown adults they should be a little more mature. It’s a Saturday and the place is pretty empty, I see why and I will never come here again . I was also pressured to leave a tip on already a $60 nail set that wasn’t worth $60 . May dispute with my bank if possible . Go somewhere where you feel welcomed .Services: Nail extensions

I have been going to this place on and off for 2 years. I thought it wasn’t the best but better than any shop in the mall. Today I walked in and requested A&C with tip. I showed the guy at the front desk and the lady working on my nails what I wanted. After applying the tip she asked me what pink I wanted(2 choices) so I told her to go with the light pink (I did not know anything about these powders). Finally she was done with building the nail and started putting on the clear coat. I noticed you could see the tip so I said something. I asked her if she could throw a color over it to cover it up and she said it was too late, there was nothing she could do. She said it was my fault for picking the light pink, yet she never informed me that it it wouldn’t cover the tip. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had and would never go back. This is what I asked for, and this is what I got:

I called for an appointment for a Mani-Pedi with a friend coming to join for her Pedi a bit later. When I tried to confirm the appointment, the individual (a man) on the phone was rude to me. When I got to the salon, I was pointed to a seat for a Pedi, I advised that I called and asked for the manicure first because my friend would be meeting me for the Pedi. The man at the counter said "Fine, if you want to waste my time and yours". I said that's why I called to make an appointment. While the business seems very clean and the quality of work has been good (I've been there before), I will not go back to this business. The man who answered the phone was rude and I believe it was the same man who was again rude at the salon. The owner of the salon (hopefully not the man who was rude) should really consider who is allowed to interact with customers. No one should be spoken to or treated the way that I was.Services: Pedicure

I have been coming to this salon for many years, if you can get passed the gentleman at the front desk.. (Not a very pleasant Being, actually rude.) Then you will have a great experience. The nail techs are excellent.and work hard.Bottom line is you are paying for a service and it should be an enjoyable experience from the get go.Services: Back massages

I had the worst nail tech. I went in for a mani/Pedi and she was forcing me to get the gel mani which I told her it damages my nail and was arguing with me because I wouldn't make her job easier by getting reg nail polish. I left there looking like a two year old did my nails.

Very rushed pedicure. I was done in 20 min and the tech applied the polish patchy. It was a dark color but appeared sheer and uneven and needed another coat at she didn’t even bother.Service: Pedicure

I have been doing my nails for years now. Acrylic fills with gel polish. I recently changed salons due to several poor outcomes and have been trying new places. I checked this location out one morning and was immediately impressed. First, let me say that every salon I have visited over the years have had communication barriers and there is always talking and laughing taking place in their native language. I agree sometimes it is uncomfortable but I expect it and it truly doesn't bother me anymore. I'm not there to chit chat so I just let them do their work. I might add I'm not super picky and aside from a few requests, I'm not hard to please. I don't think I have ever seen a salon that takes cleanliness so seriously. All wearing gloves and thoroughly cleaning and sanitising. They have the plexiglass barriers down also and that is actually refreshing. I feel that those barriers have caused less communication in general and since Covid is never going away, I'm okay with them being gone. Gel colors are plentiful and the cats eye designs are welcomed. The male techs I encountered were respectful and very accommodating to their customers. The space is light and not crowded or cramped. No loud music, just a TV. Easy to relax. My pedicure was good too , no complaints. Prices are comparable and the finished nails looked great! I intend to keep going back.Services: Pedicure

Had a pedi Mani done. Nails were all different sizes. And ANC, they were crooked and uneven. Not worth the $!

I paid 50$ for these? Everytime I go and ask for the same thing which is French tip she gives me a different price… this time I went and asked for a nude color set for my homecoming but the woman cut me so many times made me bleed and obviously needs more training… idk why someone would let somebody work on someone else’s nails knowing they need more training. also the guy at the front desk is the rudest person I ever met in my life. I’ll never go again. Thank you.

Perfect place to get a Mani and Pedi. This place is always clean and there are lots of options. My favorite nail technician is Amy. She make sure the ANC feels natural and never thick.

Very RUDE AND RACIST!!!…This was the second time going to this location and do not like how I was treated… the first time I felt very I unwelcomed, but thought it may be me and they were busy… I just went the other day and it was not only unwelcoming, but they were rude and I was made to feel embarrassed… I walked in the owner or who ever is was very rude and sent me to go sit in the seat… I did not even get a chance to look at the color for my nails bc I do a dip and wanted to make sure it matches the polish I had for my toes… he rudely said I had to look at the book, which I couldn’t bc they sent me to the chair and the girl started putting acetone on my nails… he went and got the book and said something in his language and they started laughing at me… I felt bc I was not white and had my black friend with me… we were treated poorly bc of the color of our skin … they definitely treat their white customers well… I will never go back again because they are racist to people of color… my friend and I are professionals and our money is just as good as the white customers they kiss up to and treat right
