I asked an employee for assistance because what I needed was locked. So the associate speaks over the loud speaker for someone to go to aisle 12 to help me… now an older man by the name of Ed Wood walks past me and my girlfriend then proceeds to say “Are we just staring or what”. After I asked the man if he worked there which wasn’t clearly indicated, he began to change his attitude but it came off as if he didn’t think I was the guy who needed help, yet we were the only people in aisle 12… so it leaves me to ask if there was any r word motivation on this interaction or if the guy is just an ahh hole.. I hope something at the very least can be said to this rude man I’m not looking to get anyone fired or anything but that’s unacceptable. I called the number of the store manager and didn’t get an answer or response to the voicemail I left. As long as Ed Wood is working there make sure you’re prepared for ignorance is all I can say.

Unbelievable wish I could give zero. Ask for help to get a pressure treated 2x12x12. They told me to get a cart and they would page someone 20 minutes later no one. Oh not to mention I’ve got disability

I had placed an online order, my order never delivered I called corporate they called the store that my order was being filled by. I received a call the same day from Joe Krawiec he explained that it was a computer glitch he tried to fix it Joe called me back to keep me updated on what was happening but we had to reorder it, Joe guided me through the process of reordering it and made sure it was correct. The next morning he checked on it called me immediately and said that my order had been shipped and I should receive it on Tuesday, which I did!. Joe made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with for 2 days! He took time to listen to me complain! I felt he understood my frustration. And he followed up with me!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore!! Like I said he followed up the next day with a phone call!!
