“I was very happy today to visit my Tractor Supply in Glenmont NY! Great service as a called ahead of time to see if they had a canner in stock. Not only did they have the canner in stock they also held it for me so I could get it on my lunch break. Then to my surprise they price matched Walmarts price on the canner as well! Thank you for great service! I highly recommend they. Go see them for all your summer and all season needs!!! Kudos to you the cashier and manager on today I appreciate you both!”
“Lowe's review? Sure.As far as a comparison goes with other Lowe's stores that I have been to in New York and other states, this one is operated at a very high standard. It is sure to have most anything that your home, lawn, property could need and then some. High-price items are locked up, as I was made aware there was some thefts happening during the floyd riots and post-pandemic. All the isles are spic'n'span and lunch hour is the time when some materials are rolled out on carts and restocked on shelves.On a few occasions I have needed some input with the lumber and garden departments and all the staff (old and new) were very helpful and kind - one woman even walked half the store to make sure I got my item!The one sticky point, is the return desk (3 stations) where, without any fail, late in the morning or late in PM; there's always a backed up line. Please get 1 extra person to assist at this crucial desk.Above average Lowe's.5”

271 Rte 9W, Glenmont“I had placed an online order, my order never delivered I called corporate they called the store that my order was being filled by. I received a call the same day from Joe Krawiec he explained that it was a computer glitch he tried to fix it Joe called me back to keep me updated on what was happening but we had to reorder it, Joe guided me through the process of reordering it and made sure it was correct. The next morning he checked on it called me immediately and said that my order had been shipped and I should receive it on Tuesday, which I did!. Joe made me feel as though I was the only customer he had to deal with for 2 days! He took time to listen to me complain! I felt he understood my frustration. And he followed up with me!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore!! Like I said he followed up the next day with a phone call!!

“I’ve had two different lawn mowers serviced and repaired here and the service every time has been outstanding. One of my mowers had several other mechanics take a look at it and try to fix, all unsuccessfully. Weisheit repaired it for less than $200 and it’s been running ever since. Chris is kind and honest and has even done work free of charge because he was up front and told me that the mower was leaking oil because of a mistake made on their end. They even picked it up and dropped it back off to me all within a week at the start of summer! It’s hard to find people and businesses to trust, and Weisheit is definitely one of the good ones and their prices are reasonable.”
