“I was mistakenly charged a late fee due to a computer issue and Dino explained the issue and refunded me. When I picked up my truck it didn't have a full tank, and that wasn't reflected in the contract he indicated. I explained it was a little under and he took my word for it and refunded the gas charge, as well. Honest and excellent customer service from Dino.”

You can’t fault a company for doing there job when your out driving with no license and an illegal plate on your vehicle causing accidents and think your not going to get charged!I Just went on this site to get Essentials number again to use them and saw this gentleman picture below and the review he wrote and felt I should share the actual truth on what happened! “I’ve consistently had good experiences renting their moving vans and purchasing items from the store. I especially like the dolly/hand truck because it allows me to securely move very large appliances unassisted and costs less than a less functional version from HomeDepot. The after-hours drop off is a big deal as some other locations don’t allow that.”
