Went there today to get Flu Vaccine. All the signage outside and inside the store says Walk in’s Welcome. That isnt true. Vaccines are by appt only. When I pointed to the signs, I was told even though signs said that , the Glenmont store policy was to only give vaccines by appt. In trying to make an appt, the only ones available are at times late at night apparently. CVS in Delmar is much friendlier.

They hate the customers, they don't want to fill your prescriptions, they want you gone, don't go

Customer service sucked went there a month ago and didn’t want to go back went there again n only went to grab a drink dude blocked me from walking down the hall and then otw out stood infront of exit and just made it super awkward staring at us with arms crossed. I went to get a soda and do self check out I didn’t even have to deal with talking to this worker but he definitely liked the attention of being noticed. And he definitely made it clear he doesn’t like customers going there at night. I won’t be going back :) don’t suggest going at night

Walking into the store twice in a week and a half span and seeing stuff low or out of stock is getting old. While this might have changed by the time this is posted, the staff is still lackluster at best.

I have had nothing but great experiences on a weekly basis. I have witnessed many customers being rude. Every business everywhere is struggling to find competent staff that sticks around! This EXTREMELY busy store, like almost every other pharmacy is trying to accommodate too many customers, too many prescriptions, to many special requests, while being under pressure from CVS corporate. Empathy, compassion and perception might apply to most complainers. I'm grateful this resource is available in this highly trafficked area. COVID has changed everything - perhaps you might want to put yourself in their shoes.

Your prices on your web site don’t reflect the prices in your store. “FIX THEM”!
So next time I show the clerk at the register the price differences they don’t flip out and walk away ?

Today is November 20. Each year I typically make the mistake of waiting until mid-December to buy wrapping paper and ribbon for Christmas, inevitably sorting through the picked over things remaining or heading to the Hallmark aisle to be thoroughly fleeced. Today I thought I'd get a head start; after all, Christmas decorations are going up across town. This is the "better" of the two CVS stores in Bethlehem (apparently Price Chopper has managed to squeeze out any further viable competition.) I noticed some Christmas bling when I entered the store and headed to where the season items normally are located but nothing appeared to be consistently filled with items for any one season. And, the two aisles where one finds such things were blocked. Boxes were dumped in the middle of the aisles around which you had to navigate; other sections were reducted to narrow corridors with unopen or partially opened boxes precariously stacked on top of each other. My immediate thought was that this was a definite danger to a small child or a older person. There were some items on the shelves; others were laying randomly on the floor in heaps. I then noticed Halloween decor and candy that was still on the shelves or under the few Christmas items that had been tossed on top of them. My immediate thought was that this is partly the impact of the unloaded container ships in west coast and southern harbors; I tried to be generous and thought perhaps the clutter (actually downright mess) was due to hiring issues that are confronting retail. I tried, without success, to find open boxes of what I was hoping to find (I succeeded in opening one and finding white issue paper) but otherwise was unsuccessful. While searching I went around the obstructed aisle and for a moment made eye contact with the manager walking unhurriedly past me and clearly not interested in being asked any questions. As I watched him it was clear he wasn't busy and wasn't worried about things to get done. I then noted other employees; there were other customers in the store, but it wasn't a situation where all hands needed to be at the registers. It required considerable effort for me to find a few things, which I chose to buy because one can't be certain with the current transport issues that preferable items will arrive in time for Christmas. What I settled for was far worse than what you'd traditionally find on sale after the holidays. It occurred to me that opening to clear the mess before store hours would get the clutter cleared, the Halloween items of the way, and the stock in the partially and unopened boxes on the shelves. But, that would mean someone cared. It's evident that the issues here aren't lack of stock, and there are a sufficient number of employees to maintain the store; this is a management issue. Again, this makes me worry that people entrust this store with their prescriptions. This is a shame because the facility is newer, pretty clean, has great parking and is located in strategically optimal location. It's simply not being managed and the result is a borderline disaster. Something must be up with CVS; the three I've been in recently are all a disaster; I sense the company is being sucked dry by an equity firm and is going to be dumped. My experiences have made me sorely miss Walgreens (something I never imagined.) As I won't set foot in a Walmart for anything, it's evident I'll need to head into Albany to find seasonal items. Quite a shame; quite the fall in a once decent to dependable retail location.

I have never had a better experience with a Pharmacy! I called and spoke to Pam - who was an angel. She spent almost 30 min on the phone with me and was so kind. First I gave her my wrong insurance info, then I wanted to try using a coupon, and she answered all of my questions. Thank you Pam!!!

Never saw such a rude employee. There is a Chinese guy that works here who is very rude! I made purchases of over $700 and needed to return 2 items which I purchased in Delmar. This nasty guy told me to return my items back to Delmar. I would have purchased them from Glenmont if they had them in stock. This guy makes the whole store a dismal place to shop. Go away fella!

The worst customer service of any cvs I have been in (and that's all around the country). This includes the pharmacy department and up front. Everyone acts as though they're doing you a favor to even speak to you. When a customer is waiting for you and you finally realize they've been standing there, you don't just stare at them, you ask, "can I help you". What a miserable bunch and an even more miserable experience to have to go in there.

At least once per week I visit to pick up my wife's RXs or to get my candy fix.I have been going there since August 2010. The employees across all sections are helpful , courteous and professional. I cannot understand anyone having a bad experience unless they caused it them self.

Tried to get a money order today, my apartment complex requires them for fees. I used their extremely slow ATM and then waited in line just for the old lady behind the counter to claim “they don’t do money orders.” I know every other CVS in the area does momeyorders and both CVS’s website money gram’s website list them as places to go to get money orders.
