The employees here can't be bothered to put aside a personal conversation to pay attention to the customers they are cashing out. It's a gas station, I'm not expecting top tier customer service but it's a pretty bad experience to not even be acknowledged by the cashier. At least a kiosk says thank you.

The Cumberland Farms app is so horrible, so frustrating to use, that I'm almost in tears. Time after time, I try to use it and the facial recognition doesn't work. Then you get locked out, I have to call an 800 number. This happens each time you try to use the app. This has been happening for a while, so they obviously don't have the know-how or the desire to fix the problem. I finally gave it one more shot, deleted the app, thinking maybe they updated it, tried again. Nope. I'll never go there again. Instead, I went to a local gas station and they have full service anyway. Supported a local business, didn't have to get out of the car. And it was only four cents a gallon more.

Cumberland Farms is one of the greatest places for when I’m on the road. I always look forward to a decent meatball sub and they’re wide selection of drinks. The night crew seems relatively new, but they had no problem heating up my meatball sub and directing me to the marinara sauce, which is next to a whole plethora of condiments

It had everything we needed and for a good price but the employees were beyond rude. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. We’d come back only because of the good gas prices but otherwise, we don’t recommend this place. Not with the attitude their employees have.

Their card/app is awesome, it says I saved $100 over the years. There is always a free drink or coffee too on the app. It is rare for a business to give away stuff for free, but they seem to be prospering from their generosity. Their coffee is great too and the store is amazing.

Why does it say open 24 hours and every Dan time I go there they are closed and not one light in the parking lot , this has been going on for a good month now .
