If I could put 6 stars I would. Lorna Drew, I cannot thank you enough! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable, the sales manager greeted me and introduced me to Lorna who was very informative with every aspect of the bmw I wanted to see. They had it all pulled up and ready to be shown upon arrival! I spent the whole day there and enjoyed every moment of it, she went above and beyond to be able to get me out of my lease and into the 330i! For anyone looking for a bmw, new or pre owned, this is the dealership and Lorna is the one to see!

I dropped my car off for service at 8:45 in the morning came back at noon and it had not even been touched. They gave me a loaner vehicle and told me I could come back that late evening or in the morning to pick it up as I was leaving for vacation on Sunday. Here I am sitting at the dealership at 7:45 on Sunday trying to pick up my vehicle and the keys are not inside, but my car is left unlocked in the parking Lot, I have called and called and multiple emails and I have received no response so now I have no vehicle and I’m supposed to be leaving for vacation. This is so upsetting as I was very explicit yesterday that I would be out of town on Sunday and not returning until Friday!!! What am I supposed to do! I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my car and it just sits in the parking lot unlocked !!!!

Phil Jordan was a pleasure to work with, especially as first time buyers of a BMW vehicle. He took the time to explain all the features both before, during and after the test drive. We also never felt pressured throughout the entire experience. He is the consummate professional and just an all great salesman. We will definitely be seeking him out again for our next BMW.

I purchased a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid last week at BMW of South Albany. It was such a pleasure to work with Ammar Bhatti. He was able to quickly straighten out the odd title issue we had with our trade-in car. I highly recommend BMW of South Albany and particularly Ammar.

quick to sell a car. terrible service and terrible management. I had a car there an x5. got an alignment and four tires. fastfoward only 9k miles and the inside of both my front tires shredded. left us stranded in the back woods of the Catskills on fathers Day with no service. I called bmw the next day assuming they would do something as I had just spent $1400 not even 4 months prior. They did nothing and kept hanging up on me. I eventually had to act like I was buying a car and said I had a couple question for the service manager in order to get him. he told me there was nothing they would do. I should have assumed this because our first oil change there they broke the steering column and said it wasn't under warranty and was going to cost us about 5 k to fix. Although we love our BMWs I will never go here again. terrible humans and not sure how they can sleep at night. I work very closely with a very high end estate management team and I will forever guide our customers away from this circus.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car from BMW of South Albany. Specifically with client advisor Phil Jordan, who helped me throughout the process. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and Phil went through all the pros and cons with me and helped me to come to a decision.
I was able to take all the time I needed to test drive and think things over, I never felt any pressure.
I feel very good about the whole experience, I was treated very kindly and ended up with a beautiful car at a fair price.
I highly recommend BMW of South Albany and wanted to specifically mention Phil Jordan, who facilitated this somewhat daunting task of purchasing a new vehicle. He certainly knows his stuff and is a very kind person on top of it. Highly recommend!

Do not take your car here for service. Techs are bad and the customer facing staff is clueless.
I paid $800 for a Tire Pressure Monitor replacement (absurd) and they broke my tire. I now have a slow leak that I took back for them to repair, which they failed to do properly. Called a few weeks later to see if they would replace the tire before I drive an hour to see them, and no one ever got back to me.

I have owned 10 BMW vehicles over the years and with the exception of a very bad experience with Keeler BMW, I've had good experiences with each prior dealership spanning the country. My experience at BMW of South Albany was absolutely exceptional!
I had tow bar installed earlier this week on my 2019 X3 and rented a U-Haul trailer to move belongings back home in GA. I was all packed up and ready to make the 16 hour drive Wednesday morning when I attempted to open the tailgate to locate my Airpods. To my surprise, the tailgate would not open.
I went to BMW of South Albany for assistance and was greeted with a friendly smile by Richard Fortune, General Sales Manager, who offered to help. He then enlisted Dean Fuino, Client Advisor, to assist. The back of X3 was fully loaded, many of the items too large to be unloaded through the door making access to the interior of the tailgate impossible. They offered to assist with unpacking so an attempt could be made to climb in through rear door to try to determine the cause. Dean, being about 1/2 my age, was able to wedge himself through and determined the electrical wire installed inside the vehicle for trailer lights, accidentally got wedged in the release mechanism when tailgate was closed which prevented the it from opening.
Their willingness to go above and beyond to assist was a tribute to their commitment to customer service as well as just being good 'ole fashioned compassionate, good people! I could not have resolved this situation alone and thank James Poissant, GM for hiring exceptional people to help ensure outstanding customer service. As CEO/Owner of a company, I was most impressed by my experience. Well done! If you're considering a BMW or another vehicle they sell, I strongly recommend BMW of South Albany!
