We had the best experience with Francesca working on our new kitchen backsplash. She was helpful and knowledgeable at the showroom while making our selection but also about the process of installation and timing. She made this part of our renovation so simple and we are so happy with the result, thanks to her help. Highly recommend and would return to her and Tiles Unlimited for future projects.

Joe gets the job done. This place has an amazing collection of every modern, traditional, classic, marble tile that there is. We had a time crunch with our renovation and some unexpected timelines and Joe helped us get what we needed delivered on time and within budget. I even brought my sister here who is doing a home renovation out of state to give her ideas. The entire staff is helpful and beautiful high quality materials.

I cannot say enough good things about this tile store and Joseph! I contacted Joseph via email regarding a tile I was interested in purchasing and getting a quote on the tile price. Joseph responded quickly and was very professional and accommodating. He answered all the questions I had and he was easy to communicate with. I was given updates on when my order was placed and also given the tracking number to monitor it. Joseph also checked back with me after the tile was delivered, which was out-of-state (Florida), to be sure that the tile arrived in perfect condition and that I was totally happy with my purchase. My tile was shipped and arrived extremely fast! If you need to buy tile, definitely go to Tiles Unlimited NY in Queens or call them if you are out of state! Karen V. -- April 2024

Couldn't be happier with the service received. From initial online request through to delivery was less than 6 days for a tile that had proved hard to find. Joe, the owner, was highly responsive and ensured he updated me regularly. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved working with Unlimited Tiles and especially Joseph, the owner. He was extremely attentive to our requests, always answered our many questions the same day and gave us helpful advices. He was able to get us the samples we needed to make our final tile decisions. We bought all our tiles from the store for our home renovation: family area floor tile, master bath tile, new 1/2 bath tiles and small guest bathroom tiles. I cannot recommend their services enough. It was so easy and pleasant to deal with a small business!! Thank you so much for everything Joseph.

We were beyond impressed by the staff at Tiles Unlimited -- special shout outs to Joseph and Stacy! We were not easy customers -- probably 8 orders for 3 bathrooms (all pretty much my fault), and both Joseph and Stacy were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout. (Also helping send replacements for some broken tiles that arrived from the manufacturer.) Will absolutely return to Tiles Unlimited in the future. They're the best! Thank you again

I can't say enough good things about Tiles Unlimited. It doesn't need to be mentioned that a home renovation is a huge undertaking and usually takes more time than anticipated but we were fortunate to have Francesca guide us with remodeling the kitchen, dining room and three bathrooms. She is professional, thoughtful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the endeavor. The owner Joe, the entire staff to include the showroom and the warehouse (with a special shout out to Stacy) were also very willing to assist with any concern or follow up issues.
