I've come here dozens of times over the years and can say recently that these guys are overworked to the point it takes 20 min+ to get a cup of ice water. Given that ice water of course isn't a paid item I can understand the reason to put it last on the priority list. But wouldn't it make more sense to just take the literal fifteen seconds to fill up a cup of water and toss some ice into it to clear out ONE person from the space? I feel like having one less body waiting just makes things feel like they're moving along. As for attitude, I always order through the app (save for when I ask for water obviously) so I would highly recommend just doing that to avoid talking to anyone at the register. It takes them maybe 10-15 min to prepare your order for reference. I definitely sympathize with the employees here. The crowds can get insane and they really are working as hard as they can to get things out as quickly as possible. The drinks taste as they do at any other spot so you'll get your fix of whatever you order. One note is that if you're coming at a busy time in the late afternoon early evening, they might be running low on cups and therefore they won't let you get free water unless you pay.

I came here today to pick up a mobile order and was with my young son. I read the other reviews on here about staff just now. It's a problem when your store averages a 1 star rating within a year. This was my first time at this location. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and NEVER encountered such rudeness. I picked up my drinks and went back to ask for a cup of water, nicely! The girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge if she heard me and kept matching tickets with the mobile orders. I asked again about the cup of water. Her response was a nasty one: "I heard you" and she continued to give me a stare down. Her name tag had 'Irish' on it. Idk if that was her real name. I left the store bc I did not want drama with my son there. I went back to the car and called the store, asked for a manager or assistant manger. The girl said that there was no manager or assistant manager on the floor, which is hard to believe since it seemed like a busy location at that time. Then it sounded like she put anyone on the phone bc I was livid. A supposed supervisor answered and I told her that her employee was rude and relayed what happened. She said she will speak with Irish. I didn't believe her. I contacted corporate also and spoke with someone. This store seems to have untrained and rude employees who are miserable serving their customers. IRISH- do better, go back to school and get an education on being classy!

Many issues with this Starbucks. The few good employees don't last; it appears to be a revolving door. Staff seems to be trained to lie. Most of the employees will say one of the following when asked for a veranda pour-over. We don't make pour-overs, *I've been working here for 2,3,5 yrs, we have never made a pour-over, or *Starbucks doesn't offer pour-overs anymore. If they are pressured to make a pour-over, you will regret it. It will be a very horrible cup of coffee.

My favorite part of the day is coming to starbucks and getting my drink made by Will. He is the most kind, respectful and hardest working barista. He is so funny and a great person to talk about anything. I usually order an ice white chocolate mocha but he always make sure to add his own touch to it!

One Star! Simply because I have never been spoken to so rude and with so much attitude simply because I wasn't wearing a mask as I JUST walked in. I honestly don't have an issue with people wearing mask or not, this is a free country!! Anyway, I come in here often for years & last Sunday 12/12, this Starbucks was SO crowded people were standing on line next to each other & waiting for their coffees and mobile order section was stupid packed, barely anyone wearing masks or social distancing and no one told ANYTHING! I was addressed unprofessionally while I'm the only one standing there placing my order. I won't be returning here because people need to be learn how to be more professional and if you're going to single someone out then do it everyday like clock work and dictate people to wear masks and social distant if you're so concerned of a virus!

I'm giving this a one star because the only order the barista didn't mess up, was the actual croissant and coffee cake. I ordered 3 coffee that tasted nothing like that I ordered. And it's a shame to be so excited to have my rewards go to waste. Horrible service and I'm completely unsatisfied. I'm never coming back here to spend money or give TIPS. And I can't just throw out my drinks. So I have to sit and drink it, and my grandmother and mother are not happy with the taste. Total disappointment. And the sad part is. I won't get my rewards back. I'm better off driving 1 hour to 5th Avenue and get the same thing I ordered. And it would come out perfect. But no I thought I'd visit my local Starbucks, and what a waste.

Today has been the second time that I've been here within the month and the very last time as well!! Twice I've been here this place doesn't have change and has taken more money from me than my order has been! Whether it's .22c or 78c. Doesn't make a difference I'm still being over charged because they DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE!!! I am never coming back here again. Poor customer service.

Oh goodness, what happened? The poor rating is not the fault of the employees - it's the fault of management. This store is consistently understaffed. The employees are always scrambling and look stressed. It's a 20-minute wait for a coffee often times, which is fine if you're patient but most people in this neighborhood are not. I feel terrible for these employees. Management: please do better!

Rose was super rude when I politely asked her to pull up her mask. Her exposed nose was out and directly over several to go drinks on the counter. Her reply, "You don't have to come at me like that... you're the only one that has a problem." She promptly threatens to leave the store altogether with zero consideration for the other employees. No apology. No regard for the customer or any effort to be respectful towards me. I feel sorry for her coworkers.

I'm amazed that even in the holidays people can have no consideration for others. I just went there to get a holiday drink with friend and we had the most pleasant staff but that one staff was so rude she someone told and messed my whole holiday experience. I almost let her kill my moment. Her name is Rose, Rose doesn't like her job and Rose, change your attitude. We are in a pandemic and we know we have to follow the rules so she was told to please pick your mask and cover your nose and she flipped on a customer and myself and made a scene in front of customers. No one apologized for her attitude but it seems that she has done this before.. Believe me, this was not what I wanted or want for others but my peppermint mocha was good.. Merry Christmas!

This starbucks may be the worst one around. It's such a shame because it is so close to my house, but to pay $7 to get my drink made wrong is ridiculous. I used to love the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and recently if i ask for extra cream, I've been handed an almost black coffee multiple times. When I very nicely asked to have the extra cream i've asked for, they gave me severe attitude and re-make it worse. At that point I just left. Then with the Pumpkin cream cold foam, I've watched them NOT put in the pumps of vanilla in the cold brew , they will fill almost the entire cup with cold brew and I will have a cm of foam when they used to give about an inch. They clearly have stopped following the recipe, they all skip steps and my coffee has been tasting disgusting. I would rather travel 20 mins to the starbucks on queens blvd then waste my time here. Just follow the starbucks recipe!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. It is located in the very cool Atlas Park Mall, and I visit as frequently as possible. The Barista's all know me and I love the Venti Mocha Latte the best. If it were closer, I would go everyday.

They've refunded my order when it was wrong. They're so friendly and kind. Everybody who works here treats you like a real person. Compared to the other shops in atlas this place is a miracle. DO NOT visit the CPK next door. The CPK has absolutely horrifying service. You'll most definitely regret it.
