Qwik Pack & Ship is a great local spot for dropping off packages, especially if you have pre-paid labels. The service is fast, and it’s super convenient. It makes shipping easy without the hassle! Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick and efficient drop-off location.

I'm really surprised by some of the negative comments, and honestly wonder if some of them are just Karens - like the one calling the employee rude for acting normally instead of being absolutely overjoyed and honored about the person's presence. Really?I have come here many times over the past year and have always had a very positive experience. The woman is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and has even given me tips on how to better package and ship things. This is a very pleasant place for getting all your shipping needs taken care of.

I went there this morning. The young lady hates her job. I come in with my package and she says “right here right here” with the most disgusting attitude so I put my package on the scale. I said you do not have to be rude and she looked at me with an attitude as if she did not care. I said, if you’re having a bad morning don’t take it out on your customers. She said, “you’re gonna continue talking about it” with an attitude. I said yes because you’re being rude and nasty for no reason at all. The least she could have done was say, I apologize I didn’t me to sound rude, sorry if it came out that way. Nope! She continued to be rude and disgusting while I brought in another package. The manager or owner of the store is always so lovely and accommodating, I’m not sure who this employee is but she should be reprimanded for her rude and disgusting behavior towards her customers. She was even rude to her uber eats delivery guy that was bringing her McDonald’s… poor guy came in and said did you order McDonald’s and with an attitude she said yes and he’s there figuring out where to put her food. And she said put it here with an attitude. She needs an attitude check .

Do not go to this shipping place if you need anything professionally packed. Go to the shop on grand St. the ppl working here seem super stoned and don’t know what they’re doing or possibly don’t have the supplies to properly ship items.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS, THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU TO SHIP PACKAGES THAT ARE PREPAID FOR. THE POST OFFICE WOULD NOT CHARGE FOR A PACKAGE THAT IS PRE PAID. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE? AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE WHILE DEMANDING YOUR MONEY, HONESTLY DON'T TRUST THEM, GO ANYWHWRE ELSE

I find this location is extremely reliable. Their very friendly staff go above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this location for your packaging needs as well. I do, however, agree with a previous reviewer that the cost of printing a mailing label is a bit exorbitant. Perhaps they will re-evaluate the printing fee after reading the customer reviews. Other than this, I am very satisfied with the service I receive at this location :)

There is a set of scammers out there using there address as there main business address claiming to give away $500 Wal Mart gift cards for free. I don't know if they are aware of it, but double check the address on letters listing this address. You are probably being scammed.

Wonderful customer service. The worker there is a super sweet girl and is always helpful. Love this store and their service :) :) :) Anyone who says they're rude or unhelpful is definitely lying. Great customer service once again
